On July 18 2017 (7 DAYS BEFORE CRASH?!). I requested to withdrawal 2518 USD from your exchange. Why has this money not reached my bank yet?

AN ENTIRE WEEK BEFORE THE CRASH! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I SHOULDN'T EVEN BE WRITING THIS AT PRESENT! GIVE ME MY MONEY YOU IDIOTS!

One week before this all happened. I requested to withdrawal 2518 USD from your exchange. Why has this money not reached my bank yet?! You are a disgrace. My money should have left your exchange days before this occurred and I should have received it by now. Disgusting!
