Why an Ico you asked ?
This corrupt system has to be fed BTC or ETH in order for a coin to get listed on Exchange.
There is big manipulation in this industry, In order for FraudTokens/FraudCoin to stay alive we need funds.

I will be creating FraudCoin = An Honest Coin
I am currently writing the white paper and making the roadmap.
FraudTokens will be created for the ICO and each investor will get X amount of fraud coins per Token they bought.
The ICO funds will keep the FraudCoin community and development afloat.
