What do I need to get instant verified? Im in the USA thanks.
If I remember right. Phone linked, bank account verified, and then there is a quiz of sorts of personal information/data (sourced probably from one of the credit bureaus). If you fail, you have to wait to try again (1 day I think). If you haven't moved around much, the questions are pretty easy. I had to do it several times before I passed the checks, but I have also had 7 addresses in 4 states in the past 10 years.
While my work and moving makes me a bit of an exception to most people, if you have moved around much and it asks you when you bought your car, the question is really asking when you last transferred title and registration to the most recent state.

I have been seeing the same on the machines I have pointing there. Just do a set-up for fallback servers. For me it is multi US, multi UK, and then hashco.ws.
How fast is coinbase to withdraw BTC into USD to my bank account?
I sold on Tuesday night last week and they claimed I'd get them in 2 business days (which due to Thanksgiving would be Wednesday and Friday of that week). They even claimed a date of Dec. 2nd and a time.
I ended up seeing the money appear in the bank on Dec 3rd in the morning. They claimed the slow down was partially due to my bank's own processing of the transfer (can't confirm or deny this) which may have been made worse by the holiday week.
For me it takes 4 business days for it to post to my account. 2 for transfer from coinbase to officially show up at the bank and 2 for the 48 hour hold my bank places on electronic deposits. So far, I have not had any problems with them, though it makes me a little concerned to read what others have gone through.
Block erupters are toys , or novelty , they were never meant to return hundred of $.
They sort of are toys, but they can be good teaching tools too. I bought 10 for my nephews a few months ago (one 8 and the other 7). They were curious about my rigs and so I thought it would be a good way for them to learn more about btc and alts. They are now fascinated by cryptos. The first thing they do when they get home from school is check to see how much they made, its never much, but it holds their fascination anyway. They will sit there and watch as shares are sent and repeatedly refresh the pool page to see if a block has been found it is both scary and adorable all at the same time. At Thanksgiving, I asked them what they wanted for Christmas, from the youngest (the 7 year old), I thought I would get a request for Pokemon or some new gaming system; instead, he asked me for a mining rig so that he could mine litecoin. They may not be good for ROI, but they can serve a purpose of introducing people to the world. (I also have given about a half-dozen to friends that didn't understand how I could make money with a computer, the results have been hilarious.)
