I just got an email from Craig Kiltie of Genesis Mining, he said that they are still encountering issues after the upgrade that they did and they their tech guys are looking into it now.They will send the payout and the payouts that they owed from the previous days.
This is one of the reason why I choose GM. I have read a lot of reviews regarding them and most of the reviews vouch for their good customer service. I hope GM can resolve it quickly.
