Let's kick-start this thread to get more eyes on it shall we We were aiming for Segwit and CSV implementation in the first quarter of 2018. (Q1). Once that is released The BitcoinPlus Project will re-assess what is next on the agenda. Payment Channels and Lightning Networks are all likely to be considered.
It does however look like we may run into (Q2) re: Segwit/CSV implementation due to continued testing in a closed envoirnment before release.Although we are at the very late stages of testing now and almost ready to signal we have encountered some issues that have left both Peter and mammix2 baffled.

I have 26 connections.You are on the latest client 2.6.0.0 so there should be no issue but try connecting without Tor in case one of the seed nodes you are connecting through are down.If that doesnt work contact mammix2 or bushstar here on the forum.
I have a windows client
And it used to work fine, you have changed all the ports on the network and all TOR clients
You must release a new windows client
Why should I solve the problem when you and your developer have changed the entire network and are not compatible with win client 2.6
Update
I asked my friend to try win client
The same problem the same 0 conection
You do not have not one open IP http://block.bitcoinplus.org/network, all IP TORs
Confirm 0 connections 2.6 win

This project to my understand is offering the same as Bitcoinplus plus segwit
