Some things that need updating:
Personal IBAN:
- https://transferwise.com - (Germany) - Borderless account
Transferwise changed name to Wise a while back.
The IBANs they provide are now registered in Belgium.
In addition they became extremely unfriendly to crypto. They send back incoming transfers even from lending platforms like Nexo.io.
Quote
- https://wirexapp.com (Lithuania)
Does not provide IBANs anymore.

As a bank we are legally required to protect our users and the integrity of the banking system. Therefore, we continuously monitor our users’ transaction activity as required by law to prevent any misuse of accounts.

As a result of our review of your transaction activity, our Compliance team concluded that the payment behaviour on your account was not in line with the expected use of our services and our Terms and Conditions. We have to inform you that we are no longer able to offer our services and we have to close your bunq account in line with Chapter 50 (Chapter 48 for Business) of our Terms and Conditions: https://www.bunq.com/terms

We may hold your funds after the closure of your account to cover any debts to us, payments that you approved before your account was closed or legitimate claims and rights of third parties.

What kind of debts do they expect from 0 days FREE account with 2 top up transactions from my another bank account.  Huh
That's a risk management thing. My guess is because you are just moving money from an account in your own name at another bank to Bunq (also to an account in your own name) and then straight to Binance, it's a transaction that does not make any economical sense and might correspond to some money laundering patterns they are looking out for. (say if your originating account was hijacked and the acc. at Bunq is just being used as a layover to make it more difficult to recover funds stolen from your acc.) They don't know that there is a sensible reason behind what you are doing. Tell them. (that your bank is not crypto-friendly)

My experience with Bunq. My bank is not cryptofriendly so I had to use something in a middle to topup Binance with fiat. I have sent 100 and 500 eur instantly. After I sent 5000 euro and my account was blocked. Normally bank should have asked for documents to prove that funds are coming from the legal source. Not the case with Bunq. Not sure if they ever will refund my 5000 euro.
They don't like being used as a "transit" bank. (when you only transfer to an account elsewhere in your own name, or the other way around) They were about to close my account for the same reason a few years back. I've managed to convince them to let me keep using the account on the condition that I will use it "normally" as well. (I've promised to use it for payments with their card/paypal/SEPA etc, and I did) Try to negotiate with them in the same vein, it might work.
It's not the amount that is the problem, at least it was not back then. 5000 EUR is nothing, I've moved a lot more.

The last day, I was trying to top up my Revolut account with my Wirex, as usually I was doing, it was my easier way to exit from crypto to fiat, well, Revolut is not accepting anymore Wirex (Declining all from Contis Financial Servicies)
When was this?
The last time I've made a Wirex -> Revolut top up was Aug 17, no problems at all.

BlackCatCard is a new one.

https://www.blackcatcard.com
Not good. They do automatic CRS snitching despite not being required to, therefore leaking your personal and financial information to who-knows-whom:  https://blackcatcard.com/en/legal/crs-fatca.html
Non-bank electronic money institutions are not required to do so. E.g. Transferwise does not: https://transferwise.com/help/17/borderless-account/2932394/borderless-accounts-and-tax

Does anyone know what happened?

thanks for the tips

are these money transfer services provide dedicated  and personal outgoing ibans?
Yes, all of those banks have IBAN and most personal too. Unless it is otherwise indicated in the OP at least, I think it'd be safe to say that mist of the mentioned banks should have those services as they are crucial for banking. The OP has been trying to maintain the list updated with this info but as more and more banks are popping up, not all of them are in the thread since the last update.

thanks , yes they have but only incoming unique IBAN ? if i want to send out transfer ,the recipient bank wont get it from my personal iban .
It depends on the financial institution, it is best to clarify with them. Transferwise for instance sends some transactions from your name and some from theirs. Revolut might do the same according to their FAQ if you send more than a certain amount.

nexo.io
@freespirit
16% per year APR, just wow
So you believe that in 12 months BTC's price will be less than 116% of today's price? Shocked

elmanager, sounds like you need to look into nexo.io
You can keep HODLing your bitcoin or ether and just use it as collateral to get a loan in USD or EUR. Moreover both Revolut and Transferwise and many more banks accept SEPA transfers from Nexo, unlike transfers from exchanges like Kraken.

Bunq people are pretty reasonable. They want to see some "normal" usage of your account. (payments with their debit card, direct debits, SEPA payments with clear description of purpose etc) If you still have access to the app, try talking to their support and ask them to give you another chance, if that's what you are willing to do - i.e. perform more of activities with your account in the future that they want to see.

Mistertango will be disabling transfers from and to exchanges for free accounts (from the looks of it).[/img]
I for one welcome the certainty. If there is a fee attached to being able to transact with exchanges, no big deal. At least they state that in this case they won't block your account for transacting with exchanges.

I know one more service with bank accounts https://www.ecopayz.com/. They offer free debit cards in three currencies: EUR, USD and GBP. And you can choose which bank requisites (Great Britain or Latvia) can be used for depositing.
Do they provide an IBAN number with your name on it?

Hi,

Does anyone know if any of these online banks can accept big amounts of fiat currency, like 1 million dollars?
I have an account with IBAN at Monese but I heard they had problems with big money transmission...
Thank you!

Monese limits your balance to €40k.

So 1M transfers are out of question. In any case 1M transfers on free online based accounts is crazy talk.

I've receiving regular €5k transfers on Monese and it's working fine so far.

It's the most reliable account I had up to this date. I hope they continue like this.

What you could do in that case (even if it's not ideal) is create 6-10 accounts in your Premium user account. These can all transfer 50.000 per day and this way you can make the 300-500k transfer 👍

Tax has become such a publicly 'moral' issue such that no high profile client wants to be seen to complain about the CRS or be seen as "non-compliant". In essence, may they have been gagged by the media?  Many clients are happy to co-exist with the CRS system so they may be portrayed as 'clean' and 'above board'. At the other end of the spectrum, beyond fear of kidnap and murder, clients are further preoccupied that any leak from the tax authorities following implementation of CRS may lead to their financial affairs becoming headline news, irrespective of the legality and perceived morality of the 'why'.

Indeed it is. That blog post of theirs is dated 29 March, 2018:

This is where LeuPay comes in. Unlike many traditional banks with an old-world view of finance, LeuPay is embracing the currencies of tomorrow by granting customers the option to freely transfer money to and from crypto currency trading platforms today.
Perhaps they've changed their outlook towards crypto recently?
