They do not have any proof of IP, country of connection, mobile device, nothing of that
I demand that they return the profits obtained by playing with them legitimately, but they dont answer any more emails and closed my account so i cant even get in to check my data inside.

Casino will not simply close and confiscate funds in your account without a strong evidence.
Usually they will ask suspected users to carry out the KYC first before taking any action, unless the evidence they have is more than sufficient.
As acroman08 wrote above, you have to be more specific in explaining about this case, including the conversations between you with FJ support.
i ask them by email to do so before they decide to close permanently my account, but they didnt. because actually their KYC as i read in few sites isnt just send ID photo, they ask actually ask you to use the webcam and make from there the KYC by scanning your ID and your face. how can they accuse of being someone else without even giving me the change to prove the contrary?
