We will be trying to launch a super simple ICO. We do not want to get the ICO structure into totally crazy hocus pocus or stages as this is NO IPO and we DO NOT WANT people to have to have obtained a PhD in ICOs to be able to participate...it seems many of those ICOs sound like that! We are seeking issuing tokens for a project that is essentially next generation ebay or simply put facebook for devices in terms of eCommerce autonomous edevices listings capability. We would appreciate any comments and suggestions- positive constructive assistance is very welcome and we appreciate it enormously (however we may not be able to implement all suggestion and ideas at this point yet so please understand and do not get discouraged). We do not want to make it all about ICO- we want ICO to facilitate the continuation of a great blockchain project rather than get embroiled in a totally obfuscated funding multi-stage multi-marketing multi-issuance multi-speculative nonsense with people that buy it and have no clue why they buy just speculate. We do not want to get people bogged down in ICO technicalities but want ICO to serve the purpose of pushing the great project against huge competitors and we want to prevail on technology and ease of use. We want to issue tokens that may be at a point redeemed for listing fees, final value fees, and carfax like devices history data and we want the token to be used on this network. When we peruse some ICOs their structures are so convoluted and complicated that they
remind us of some of the most obfuscated IPOs and multi-stage marketing schemes that speculators later probably love to invest in...
We want extreme simplicity at its most extreme as we want to continue building next generation ebay competitor that leverages blockchain and autonomous listings for all devices.
We seek simple, honest and reasonable ICO participation. It is high time current todays auction like listing technologies got replaced with autonomous listings and blockchain backend.

Hi team, I visited your website. I recommend you to make a better looking website as I could hardly follow the content. Hope you improve!

Thank you for your feedback. Yes we will be simplifying it. But we want to stay away from flashy hocus pocus. we want to make it simple.
so simple that the focus is on the technology not the packaging and website - we are not trying to sell people on vaporware and a beautiful website.
we want them to grasp the idea and realize the technology we want to continue building and deploy...any time they decide to list any device on ebay, craigslist or elsewhere for sale.

First and foremost thank you for your kind reply.

We are trying to make it all AS SIMPLE as possible for everyone t understand FRUGALIC quickly-
we are thinking of having all white paper info on the web page with no white paper in PDF.
One stop one spot for all information without referring to different documents all over the place.
We would like to simplify all navigation this way. We are all about simplicity and transparency and what to spare
all distractions and referrals to separate documents.
We respectfully welcome all community opinions and suggestions
Tom

FRUGALIC is blockchain based marketplace for all edevices where devices self-list when devices's owner demands it. If you ever listed anything on ebay you may know what pain it is to have to create a listing. What if this listing could self create letting the device self list? We are not a vaporware project. We have built and tested a lot of our software already and the listing experience and ease of use it offers transcends anything you may have experienced when listing any cellphone (or edevice) on ebay! if anyone would consider our project and decide to assist us with donation pre-ICO this would be extremely helpful to is as we have been working on it all the time and need funding ASAP. We are also looking for advisors and people to help us build the project. Please feel free to email us!

Where may we seek soliciting participation in a strong legitimate project ICO?

I would like to respectfully inquire where may we seek soliciting participation in a strong legitimate project ICO?
We are planning to launch ICO for frugalic.com. Does anyone have any suggestion where it is best to solicit
participation for the ICO to be presented to crowdfunding audience?

There are so many forums that the impression we have is we need a VC to push the initial road-show.
The barrier to entry has been raised to the point we fear we may need a VC or Angle seed funding.
There are s many forums and places...is there any repository of coming ICOs? to make it relevant..is there a distributed ledger that lists the ICOs?

Thank you very much
