Great help thanks so much! Giving up on this. I've checked the prevout_hash for all three and they don't exist.
I have no idea where these coins came from. Possibly another offline wallet I no longer control or a pool that no longer exist.

When I do that I get:

Code:
23:17:13
getrawtransaction ca46bc879d85398459425f48b4a572a04974393f25c67e96151255ad8c64440e
23:17:13
No information available about transaction (code -5)

But I do have some more data about the transaction from a dump I did with pywallet. How would I rebroadcast?

Strange 5 year old wallet
by
fsvo
on 23/06/2016, 20:02:30 UTC
Many posts here regarding unconfirmed sent transactions, I understand that problem.
But when I today opened this old wallet in the latest client i found 3 RECEIVED transaction from 2011 that are unconfirmed. I don't remember if or how but have to assume these coins were sent to me.

How can my wallet know about about receiving transactions when they are unconfirmed?

Providing info below, hope to learn what happend. Thanks!

As you have been able to capture the handshakes I assume you have tried some wordlist and/or lower case permutations and failed?

I ran goldfarming bots to sell gold a few years ago.
So just want to add to what Convery said.

That although rare, if a bot has been used on your account you take the risk of getting a flagged account for a future ban wave. May it be by a sudden patch and the bot stealth won't react in time, or more realistically, reports from players of bot behaviour and a manual investigation and ban by a local GM.

So I wouldn't suggest botting a character you plan to care about.

So the easiest(and most secure by using an established partner) way to realize this without even having to host a website would be hosting an OpenSim with OMC (https://www.virwox.com/omc-open-metaverse-currency.php) and in fact just let people exchange their BTC for OMC at virwox.

Of course that doesn't make this project unique in any way other than trying to keep the community bitcoin.

Starting to sound more and more like a sandbox Smiley Which I like better. Let users go crazy with whatever business they want with their rented prims, just that the currency is bitcoin.

But even with a trick to use actual bitcoin transfers for each purchase the delay would be annoying so there's no choice than to transfer bitcoins to get in-game currency beforehand?

Re: Bitcoin Virtual Mall

What I like about the idea is the fact that you could "walk around" finding things you wouldn't imagine searching for conventionally, but still get the benefit(price?) or buying online. But whatever you find in there you would still want compare to "the real Internet" i.e Google, price comparison sites, which makes it an unnecessary layer.

Also how are businesses going to showcase their products? SL and OpenSim is not really great for masses of text and pictures, and these are people who run webshops. I worry a mall would look more like this:

@fsvo:
googleapis for a refresh? Seriously?

Nobody likes small code anymore?
Code:

$data=json_decode(file_get_contents('http://bitclockers.com/api.json'), true);
$data['activeworkers']>500 ? print(100) : print(1000000);
?>

I assume he wants to put that somewhere on an existing website. I don't think that's possible with meta refresh without using iframes or something.

Where are your timers? Smiley

json.php
Code:
$url 'http://bitclockers.com/api.json';
$json file_get_contents($url);
if (
$json !== false) {
$array=json_decode($json,true);
if($array['activeworkers'] >= 500$array['activeworkers'] = 100;
else $array['activeworkers'] = 1000000;
foreach($array as $key => $value)
echo $key ': ' $value '
'
;
} else echo
'bad url';
?>

Board Lending
Re: Vehicle Loan
by

Why wouldn't it? I'd be mining at 100 mhash/s instead of 800 khash/s and then I wouldn't need to loan from anyone.

At 100Mhash/s it would still take around 6 years to get 120BTC, not accounting for difficulty increase.

At 800Khash/s it would take 726 years so you really need to turn your CPU mining off to save that electricity cost

But it sounds like your loan is for a good cause, good luck Smiley

Are the games in this game based on pure chance or are skill/bot aspects involved, e.g King.com

Words like "advance" and "success" got me interested but I assume I did an optimistic interpretation?  Undecided

Re: Selling Prebuilt Bitcoin Mining Rigs With 1 Year Hardware Warranty
by
fsvo

here's my critique.

Economy Mining Rig
AMD Athlon II X2 250 @ 3.0GHz AM3 Processor (wtf? get a semperon or something)
2GB RAM (overkill. use linuxcoin)
1x ATI Radeon HD5770 GPU  (why would you even use that card for mining? even as an "economy rig". i would expect a 5830)
650W Power Supply (overkill. a good 450W would probably work)
500GB SATA HD (wow, can't you get something cheaper? like a usb flash drive with linuxcoin?)
DVD-RW (they should revoke your rig building license)

it seems like you're building gaming computers, not mining rigs. read up on how to build one over here: https://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=16076.0.

Yea, must cut the crap in hard times. Just want to add that I run 2x5770 on a 400W no problem. Slightly OC:ed to reach 200MHash/s but compensating with 300Mhz mem so I guess they draw around 100W. Mobo + CPU maximum 100W probably less, CPU underclocked and undervolted.
Leaves another 100W for safety and more OC.

Aluminium eventually turned up so I upgraded from the wood Smiley.

12x HD5870 (only 9 active atm) - 3 per motherboard.

BB.

Very nice Smiley Is that 1800W? How many Mhash for that power?

Board CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware
Re: Radeon HD 5770 - One or two GPU's?
by
fsvo
on 25/06/2011, 12:37:42 UTC
Simple question here:

I'm trying to mine with my Radeon 5770 and it working o.k. ~200Mh/sec using m0mchil's python miner.
Does this card have one GPU or two?  When I run 'poclbm.exe' it just lists one GPU and one CPU device, is that correct?

Thanks!

-E

What's your clock/mem and mining settings to get those 200Mh/sec?

I just got 2x5770 with each 185Mh/sec running at only 850/300 to keep low consumption but would be nice to know the possibilities

I got Crysis 2 to play for the weekend with a few friends but won't be using my account again.

I will change the details to the e-mail/country of your choice after which you change the password.
After that the only recovery method is by e-mail so it's all yours.
