I think you have to exercise some patience, there are million of members in the forum, so you can imagine the kind of query theymos or cyrus will be getting on a daily basis for one problem or the other, So I believe they will attend to you once it gets to your turn. Just make sure you submit all the necessary evidence required then give them some time. Just be patience.....

In two weeks there will be over one year since my first claim.
