If you are using norton, does it block the neo-gui wallet download and label it as harmful. its doing that with me, is it safe?

there is no application file in the folder. How do i use it if there is no application file for me to click on?

can i download the latest neo wallet, then copy the chain file from the old antshares wallet and paste it into the neo wallet files.

I decided to transfer all my syscoin from poloniex to the bittrex syscoin wallet. Poloniex is now showing the transaction status as complete but
the coins have yet to appear on the bittrex syscoin wallet.

i checked the wallet address and its correct. is there any syscoin blockchain explorer where i can check my txid?
