If your CPU runs on 100% load when you have the wallet open, you probably have installed a hidden miner which works for somebody else.
First post contains a broken link for the windows wallet.

anyone having issues with 1GH. Cgminer is mining and work is accepted but on the site the when i check the address the last block it shows shares from was 35 min ago. Any Ideas?

Cgminer shows 400Mh/s and address is correct, double checked it.

ypool is removing maxcoin due to ddos attack affect entire country of Austria
Ypool what a mess.
The Ddos attacks got to the point of 90Gbit and as Austria only has a 100Gbit back bone they had to take it down because it was affecting the internet for the whole country.

use the flag for config

make a .bat file something like this
C:\users\YOU\desktop\cgminer-windows\cgminer.exe -c
works for me.
