I missed the min. limit of 0.01 BTC. I wrote the them an email and they asked me for moneyback address which I provided.

Yesterday I used their service everything was in order. Today the transaction is confirmed for a long time for some reason, I hope for the best

Does this service work or not? I wrote to the mail and there is no answer to Jabber. I did not notice the minimum commission and transferred the coins, I want to get them back.
