I dont need to tell you much about these miners, Canaan quality is top notch. I purchased a pallet directly from Canaan and they landed here less than a week ago. I've got miners, power supplies, and new controllers all directly from canaan. These 821's are loads more efficient than the 741's they are replacing. I accept crypto (escrow if you deem necessary) or cash if you prefer a local meetup. I think my pricing is reasonable compared to all of the 2k+ price points that the big guys are selling them for. If anyone expects bitcoin price to remain stagnant... Well there is no use debating. Reality is that the manufacturers are not giving major discounts, even on larger orders. I wish they were cheaper too, but it is what it is. Let me know if you change your mind!

They're all g2g and have only been running for a few months in a cool dust free environment. I'll be happy to use an escrow service given that you pay the fee and the escrow provider is reputable. Weird, i use more than that and have never heard a peep from the electric company... they could care less as long as my bill is paid.

Just noticed an S9 OFF, AP3++ was dead, no 12v Out !!!
I noticed little fan had stopped...Its starts with a 'quick flick' ...but still no output..
I'm in the UK and wondering if it is worth the cost to send for replacement to BITMAIN ??
I'm sure i seen a section where you can input serial number to check warranty ??
OR is there an internal fuse on the output i could replace myself along with small fan ??

I've only had one die on me, i sent it off for repair (under warranty of course.) Most annoying part was the wait for repair, took way too long. What i would do is buy a new one AND send the defective one off for repair. That way you have a spare if another one kicks the bucket or you can sell it off to help offset the cost of the new one.
never never never never never buy a psu from bitmain unless you live in china.
This is so the right answer. the bitmain psus are TERRIBLE. I am talking 35% or more failure rate on large rollouts from brand new fresh out of the box APW3s
I must have insanely good luck then, over 40+ psu purchased and only 1 failed on me....

The S9s are much more stable today than when they first came out. I think that the reliability is also holding stronger as well.
I beg to differ. In my experience its pretty much the same or worse than I expected. Most of my batch 4 S9's are chugging away perfectly, while 30% of the recently received 13.5 th/s units were either DOA or had bad chains within 2 weeks of receipt. The experience is similar with most of my friends who also mine....
You've gotta look at the stats long term. Thats the only thing that matters. I mined with antpool and slush before i changed to kano last year. I've been mining there ever since. Year every once in a while the blocks take longer, but overall i make more BTC on kano than i ever could have on antpool or slush.

lol I told my GF that yesterday too! I was just like what if . . I could freeze time .. . and I just mine xD Did you have to do any kung fu to point the D3 or L3+ to prohashing or was it as simple and copy\pasting the url and setting worker names?

cool thanks for the tip, I read about the different things to put in the pw field and got confused. just to confirm, for dash mining, the only characters that need to be in that field are "a=x11" minus the "" obviously, correct? Where did you find this information? I need to look up what the settings are for L3+ too...
