Buy ZCL in bittrex and transfer all coins to your private wallet. You need to have private key to get ZEN after 100k block hard fork. After ZEN will be forked you can just import your wallet and you will have the same amount of ZEN.

There will be no changes in ZClassic (ZCL)! It is community coin which will be still maintained and updated after zcash updates.
ZEN will introduce new features, that's why we need to hard fork ZCL. Only ZEN will have so called tax.

Again, there will be no changes in ZClassic (ZCL).

After 100k block new coin (ZEN) will be created (forked) from ZClassic blockchain and all ZCL holders can benefit from this.
