Global update is ready! It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.3b from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:

  • ETHW mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner -pool stratum+tcp://ethw.2miners.com:2020 -wal YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS.RIG_ID
or
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool stratum+tcp://ethw.2miners.com:2020 -wal YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS -worker Rig1 -pass x

  • KawPow mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool rvn.2miners.com:6060 -wal YourRavenWalletAddress -worker Rig1 -coin rvn

  • Kaspa mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool stratum+tcp://acc-pool.pw:16061 -wal YourKaspaWalletAddress -coin kaspa

  • Ergo mining
Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool erg.2miners.com:8888 -wal YourErgoWalletAddress -coin erg

  • Fixed an issue with ETC mining
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs

The Eth Pill will be included in the SQRL Miner that will launch shortly before shipment of Acorns (mini FPGA-like GPU accelerators) sometime around the end of August.  According to the live stream on Monday the Pill will work on all GPUs (I assume all NVIDIA ones) within the SQRL Miner.

Thanks a bunch, weird i did not find this spending crazy time searing EthPill.

Will be interesting to see results.

Now PhoenixMiner must add its version of EthPill, always good with alternatives and competition

I just flipped over my 200+ gfx cards to Phoenix miner from Claymore and experienced more stability, less stale shares AND 1.5-2% increase in profits.

Please keep up the good work and i will continue to use your miner.

My farm has about 50% nVidia cards which just a few are 1080Ti.

With OhGodAnETHlargementPill injecting tighter memory timings the 1080Ti whent from 37MH to 54MH.

https://github.com/OhGodACompany/OhGodAnETHlargementPill

To inject new tighter memory timings in to nVidia cards result in a dramatic increase of HashPower in most 10xx serise cards

For example a 1070 can do up to 44MH and 1060 pushes over 30MH (depending on memory type and manufacturer of course)

My suggestion is to reverse engineer the OhGodAnETHlargementPill to find out how it's done and add it to the Phoenix miner.

Adding nVidia memory injection to cover 1050/1060/1070 would make Phoenix miner totally unstoppable.
  Thanks for the nice words!
Wow, does it work on 1070/1060 too?! We were under the impression that the pill works only on GDDRX5 memory (1080Ti and 1080). We are running it on a mixed Nvidia rig with 1070,1070Ti, and 1080Ti and while the effect on 1080Ti is dramatic, the 1070/1070Ti doesn't seem to be affected at all.

The FREE version of OhGodAnETHlargementPill only does 1080 and 1080Ti.

They actually sell OhGodAnETHlargementPill for larger farmers that can do 1050/1060/1070 but do so under NDA.

OhGodAGirl "one of its creators" said in an interview because they are under NDA they can not release OhGodAnETHlargementPill 1050/1060/1070.

Basically she is waiting for some one to reverse engineer the OhGodAnETHlargementPill, as soon as some one reverse engineer it they will be free of the NDA.

Check out BitBeTrippin interview with OhGodAGirl at time 1:10:10, i enclosed like with time stamp

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dddc9r-xyN4&feature=youtu.be&t=4210

PLEASE! reverse engineer the OhGodAnETHlargementPill and include the nVidia memory timing injection function for 1050/1060/1070 in to PhoenixMiner and you will be the No1 miner totally wiping out all other competing nVidia miners out there.

OhGodAnETHlargementPill work only for DDR5x memory cards - 1080 and 1080ti
1060 and 1070 dont increase hashrate by it

Check Youtube interviews with OhGodAGirl, she explicitly says that they can do it on all nVidia 10xx series cards.

It has NOTHING to do with GDDR5X. You can inject memory timings on ALL nVidia cards to tighten memory timings and get more performance.

They actually sell EnlargementPills for 1050/1060/1070, if you contact them you can get a quote.

OhGodAGirl also mentioned they have plans to do a mining pool in combination with a mining software with nvidia memory injection for all 10xx series cards.

any chance of an update for Vega?  Smiley

Yes I will update this miner as soon as I finish new version of dual miner.

Very interested to know if there is any usable crypto specific hardware acceleration in RX VEGA?

Some talk that they would activate some new instructions that could help accelerate mining with a driver update, is this true?

Problem with ETHMAN.

Using it to monitor 13 rigs with 84 gfx cards on a ultra stable cable gigabit network.

After a while 2-3 hours it loses connection to all miners and i have to restart ETHMAN.

Computer still running without problem with uninterrupted network.

It is running on water cooled i7, 32GB memory and ssd on Win 10 Pro, super stable computer that i had running continuously for weeks doing all kinds of work only restarting like now and then when Win is updating with a forced restart.

Anyone help with suggestions, did i miss some settings or some special consideration of how to use ETHMAN

So you are a reviewer and willingly break nda.

Also the RX VEGA text is one pixel lower in one pic than the other two, could be an anomaly or you missed when photoshopping.

I heard some talk about 70-100Mh/s aswell, at about 200watts this seems great. But price needs to be around 600$ or under for it to be efficent.

Yepp, you seem rarely misinformed to be a miner.

I don't care where the mining power comes from, most hash per watt wins for me and if VEGA is it i am going for it.

With crypto specific instructions VEGA is partially built to mine, these instructions is only activated in the drivers that the reviewer have right now and are packaged on cd in the VEGA retail boxes.

With the new extreme cache structure, crypto specific instructions and HBM2 a massive increase is possible.

As for power, there should be no problem undervolting gpu and overclock memory, also bet you that the gpu will draw less power using the crypto specific instructions.

AMD is not stupid, they put the crypto instructions in there to make money, if they can't beat nVidia in the gaming market they are going after the mining market and gaming will come second, as simple as that, it's all about the money.

Tell you what i know, if VEGA performs you will definitely be in line with the rest of us buying VEGA Smiley or else u better you stop mining.

Wierd we have not gotten any numbers at all yet. Should be in any moment now.

In Asia they are selling VEGA64 in most shops right now.

Over there they don't care for ndas/sale start dates, if they get stock they sell.

I can't search the chinese search engines so if there is any chinese guys here plz help search web/forums in china for info.

Sure someone must have posted some numbers by now over there.
