Why?Price has been holding up very well even with lots of miners selling for profit. Mining is getting more difficult very fast, making it likely FLT will become more scarce, driving the price up. But who knows...

I like the fact that the price of Fluttercoin remains quite steady. Reminds me a bit of Blackcoin in the early stages. I can go to sleep without worrying I lose half my investment during the night. And I am almost sure it will go up at some point.

I sold all my Asiancoins and Whitecoins and reinforced my FLT holdings. Might buy more if price goes up even further. It's looking better today.

buyer drying up. Nobody wants to buy this coin anymore. Wait for the big dump, and than panic sell and never look back.
Shame, there really isn't anything great to buy right now, BC going well but you won't get a 5x out of it at these prices, and whitecoin is a disaster. FLT would be a good bet for a coin that is actually worth something ...
Yeah, it's a bit boring for traders right now. I had some Whitecoin, but sold off at 2200 on Mintpal, which so far has been the right choice. Unfortunately I also had to sell off FTL as I was starting to leave my comfort zone. Still have some in storage though as I think price might go up in the coming weeks. So I will be sticking around.

I didn't sell, was expecting a bounce back. But the dump was pretty epic, from 2800 to 1843 (lower than we started out at today at Mintpal) and very fast.

This coin is not BlackCoin, but there's already a lot of pages in this thread and a lot of volume on Mintpal.
1260 BTC volume today compared to Blackcoin's 3550 BTC. So definitely not bad, there's a buzz.

Yes, they'll be able to come up with the missing $1.2 million USD of funds and give it out to everyone and we will all be happy and live in unicorn land.

Does the wallet update itself or do I need to download the latest version myself?

Thanks for your reply. I am a bit of a noob with wallets, I am trading a bit, but lost some Blackcoin on Cryptorush, so I am more cautious now and using my own wallets.
I downloaded and installed the wallet a couple of days ago, but I still need to upgrade I guess.
I don't want to lose the coins I already have in my wallet, so how do I upgrade safely? Do I need to backup something? I bought them for a couple of bitcoins, so don't want to lose anything this time.

Download this https://github.com/thekidcoin/fluttercoin/releases/download/v0.4.5.5-flt/fluttercoin-0.4.5.5-windows.zip and replace you existing fluttercoin-qt.exe with the new one. thats all. And backup you wallet.dat!
