I am happy to see more weak hands are getting out of this game with big loss.
When people say it is a scam, just think about this. The only real thing BTCP got from this fork is ~30K ZCL donation which is worth about 3 million. Do you really think the team will risk their reputation with only 3 million? It is not a hundreds of millions dollar ICO, so people can easily retire from the money they collect.
I am looking to buy more at current price to stack up my holding.

I agree with some of the replies. I only like (a lot) NEO in your list. I used to like cardano, but I am not sure if it will continues to grow after the recent pump and dump.
It also depends on the total investment as well. If you invest only $1-2k and expect a steady growth (not 50x,100x), I would put them all on NEO. If you have $10k for investment, I would pick 5-10 coins and diversify the portfolio.

Looking at the chart, the volume started to increase quickly when the price was $8000 last time, so I think $8000 should be a very strong support. Big whales will come into play to take profits from this huge dump...

I am holding this as well, but only 2million coins.
I don't have such high hope as you for the future. I will be super happy if it can go to 0.01.

The fanciest part to me about bitcoin is you never know what is the bottom and what is the roof.
I can invest a decent amount of money and not afraid of losing it all, but it could give me huge surprise.

That's way too positive. Even crypto is here to stay, it is really hard to make 1million from 2000 dollars in 2 years.
Don't use the number from past two years as reference. There will be way few 100x coins in the future compared to the past. Reason: bad projects will not see good growth, good projects will start with huge ICO, and room for growth is not very high any more.

ITC is better than IOTA, and it should have a bright future.
Some of recent Chinese projects are really appealing, and they will see huge growth once they have good marketing in western world.
To name a few except NEO: IoT Chain, RedPulse, Nebulas, AELF, DeepBrain chain.

Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.

Your calculation is based on the percentage will be the same for these big name crypto, which is probably not the case.
I think BTC/ETH percentage cap will continues to drop, so the total cap for other altcoins will see much bigger growth.
If crypto survives and continues to grow, there will be a lot crypto seeing 10x/100x growth, but finding out which ones are among those is a difficult task.

That's probably the biggest reason why NEO will be successful.
China wants to regulate crypto instead of banning it because crypto is huge for the future. NEO/onchain wants to work with Chinese government to build the ecosystem for China, and I think that's why NEO will keep growing.

for 5x-10x gain in a year, i would invest only one coin (assuming you don't care if you lose it) and here is my list:
NEO: safest bet for 5x gain
Nebulas/ITC/NAV coin/Deeponion: good chance to get more than 10x
or hold your money to join Ontology when it is available to purchase

I won't invest in any big name crypto like ETH,XRP,TRX,ADA,XLM, they are good projects but 10x gain is a stretch in 1 year

Newbie needs help with sync the wallet.
I just downloaded qt wallet for windows, and transfer some coins to the wallet. Wallet is unlocked, but however it won't sync the blockchain, and the button on the bottom right corner shows "0 active connections to inflationcoin network". I do copy the .conf file to the appdata roaming folder.

If you want the $300 to change your life, then you need to check out the cheapest coins that you can buy hundreds of millions of them with $100. 99% chance you will lose the $300, but there is hope.
