No - in the passwordfield where you have put the c=BTC value, ZPool uses the Password field to pass this information so as far as the miner software it IS the password!

Do you know if this would be typed under "Command line parameters (optional)" on awesomeminer?

Thanks a lot

as per the web site
http://zpool.ca/site/diff

you add a parameter d=xxx to your password, so it will (probably) look like
c=BTC,d=512

Does anyone know how to set a specific difficulty for neoscrypt through Awesomeminer?  It keeps pushing my difficulty to 2186 and then my estimated hash rate plummets, then it drops down to 256 and starts the cycle of working back up over again.  If anyone has a suggested difficulty recommendation, I'm getting about 7.2-7.3 MH/s.  Thanks!

I have a d= set in my password field for sha256, but it keeps defaulting the pool diff to 262400, seems to be ignoring the d= i have set, I'm using some gridseed orbs, whcih I know are old and slow, but I would still like to try and mine with them for kicks.  im using d=1024 and tried d=2056, but with the 262400 popping up, seems I will never get a share.
any ideas?

p.s. I did have it working for a few days with d=1024, but then it stopped and I noticed the 262400 thing.

Equihash miner is hashing normally but not finding shares.  Electricity used. Sad

I'm still seeing shares, slowing down a little bit though.

For now I’ve redirected my m7m miners to ahashpool.  The pool hashrate is low, though, so it takes forever to find a block.  Anyone care to join while we wait for zpool to get m7m back?

Thanks for finding an alt pool, I dont have much higher end equipment, and this is just what I needed.

Hey folks, Im wondering if there is anything special that i need to do to get gridseed Orb Asics to work with zpool, I've been playing with them for a few days, I can connect to zpool, and I'm hashing, but no accepted shares.  If I move to a different pool like Slush, I get accepts with no problem while mining sha256 and Scrypt.

Any ideas?  Can someone share their cgminer bat file so I can compare?
Thanks in advance...

I suspect it might be a problem with the diff. Have you tried manually setting that?

That said... I couldn't get my GAW Fury's working on the pool either. Think it's just too slow for the diff's.

I was thinking something along the same lines, however the diff on the slushpool is up around 1.5T, while zpool is lower, unless there is something else I dont see in the background.  How would I manually set the diff?

Hey quick question (they all are arent they?)
I was wondering if there was an ability on zpool to tag a miner.  I currently run about 6 different rigs and would love to be able to easily distinguish between all of them looking at the zpool dashboard.  If not, are there currently any plans to implement that kind of functionality?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I noticed today that when mining EQUIHASH, that the BITCOINZ payouts are 0.00000000 mBTC.  Is there a reason for this?

the rewards are likely below 0.00000000 mBTC

I just looked a bit further, it appears that BITCOINZ isnt listed if you click on Equihash either, could that have something to do with it?
