How exactly does one go about backing up their wallet, with pen and paper in this case? Fairly sure I've already done it before but have forgotten where I hid the page.

 

It has been at the same stage for days now, the progress bar hasn't gone up at all there is just a green and grey spinning disc. Would be nice to be able to access my bitcoins at some point in the not too distant future. What do you mean by check bitcoind?

  ???After sending some BTC to my wallet, I restarted my PC as it didn't seem to be running smoothly and the confirmation counter hadn't appeared. Now when I start Armory, it is constantly in a state of "initializing bitcoin engine". It says this should only take a few minutes but it seems to be eternal. How do I resolve this problem and access my wallet?
