An interesting question, but to me it depends on the circumstances and relationships around you. Parents and children can be an important factor when thinking about where you will live. The learning environment develops well for their children, when the climate is fresh, there are not too many relationships or job dependencies in crowded places like cities. If possible I would prepare myself to be in both places and go back and forth between them.
