in this time the market is down and the coin rates are also low but if you take profit in invest your money in the market and purchase coins which is in low rate and then sale your coins when the market is going up then you will take extra profit from this time.

There will not be an end to ICOs thats for sure.They will be regulated and there will be thousands of them.Some of them will not have bounties and they will be great ICOs and others with bounties less valuable.You need to DYOR before you start bounty

Yes I think Altcoin will survive or may be able to rule the world of crypto in the future, there is no reason to worry. but you can consider it when you are able to continue searching for potentially increasing altcoin in the following months or weeks. the industry is still very promising so take advantage of opportunities that exist.
