Hi everybody!

Are there any news on when cryptobridge is going to take the wallet out of maintenance mode?

There seems to be more attacks on the network which isn't even profitable for whoever is doing this to GTM. So the dev team are going to try and fix the issue which will hopefully put an end to the attacks once PoS is enabled. I'm sure GTM will come out of this stronger and better then before. 2019 looks set to be a big year for GTM!
Despite of so many efforts from attackers, Gentarium kept performing very well during terrible bearish days.
Today, Gentarium has been traded from 19k to 20k satoshi, which almost doubled its price at its latest bottom.
Very strong altcoin during those hard days for most of altcoins.

+1 on this!
Guys does anybody know when cryptobridge will again allow deposits for gtm?

And i just got banned by @CryptoM for simply saying that Dev's should stop deleting messages and banning members for asking questions. They have no respect for customers and the Dev's attitude is just shitty.

If YOU (@CryptoM) can't handle customers complaining YOU (@CryptoM) should NOT run a business and if you don't want your competitors coins mentioned on your discord then maybe you shouldn't host them on your platform!!! You want to profit from competition but you dont want us to mention their name. Thats just STUPID!

I will not hold GTM anymore, and im sure this is not going to end well!

You opened a new  account just to write a complain?
Hmm... Suspicious...

What happened with Gentarium during the last several days?
Why GTM price dropped from above 18k satoshi to around 13k satoshi currently?

Its hard to say what happened to the price the last few days but it does give people the opportunity to get in and buy a GTM node. I have seen this happen with a few projects where the price starts out high and then evens out over a period of time. GTM compared to the other masternode platforms is way undervalued in my opinion and does have a lot more upside to the price going up in the near future.

I hope you are right!
The only stupid thing is that I bought my second masternode a few days ago when the price was 20k sat...  Sad

For me it is unfortunately not possible to run linux on my pc's because they must run 24/7 on win64. It would be really great if somebody  could compile a x64 wallet!
You can run linux on virtual machine (Oracle VirtualBox)

You're quoting the wrong person, I did not post that. I have tried VB but it doesn't perform as good as WSL or native Linux.

Yes indeed! I wrote that: "For me it is unfortunately not possible to run linux on my pc's because they must run 24/7 on win64. It would be really great if somebody  could compile a x64 wallet!"  Smiley
Good to know that the VB doesn`t perform that good. Do you have any comparison numbers, eventually in percentage, about the performance differences between 32bit windows wallet, 64bit in VB and 64bit in native linux?
I am asking that because with a fulltime job, an extra big project, a small mining farm and two small kids and a wife at home it would be pretty frustrating  to invest time to install linux in the VB and the find out that there is almost no performance gain...

- It has been asked a lot of times but I would like to ask once again: Is there any progress in the 64bit win wallet?
Thanks!
Categorically I join

In meantime if you use win 10 you can mine ZETTEL in WLS and you will get better hashrate
Someone on discord manage to run both daemon on WLS and Win wallet at same time by changing listening port on win wallet
I use only Win7x64
1 worker is now minining under Puppy Linux (from USB-flash)
Hashrate is 2 times faster
Why dev doesn't want to make a Wx64 wallet?

I had to install Ubuntu on all of my machines because the Windows version I have does not support WSL but it's actually not too bad, maybe the Windows 64bit wallet is hard to compile but there should be one by now.

For me it is unfortunately not possible to run linux on my pc's because they must run 24/7 on win64. It would be really great if somebody  could compile a x64 wallet!

@ Zettelkasten: If you would like to start a bounty for an x64 wallet I would be glad to assist this bounty with a donation of 500 zettel. Just let me know.

I have two questions about the Win wallet:

- I know it is possible to start the wallet automatically at system logon. It starts but it does not mine straight away. Is it possible to start the mining process also automatically, without user interference?
Such a function would make my life easier cause I wouldn't have to remote login to every computer that restarts automatically after an error...

Thanks!

I also have the same problem on 2 of my 8 computers that are mining since day one. The other 6 are working great. It happened when the difficulty fall down to ~0.8. All 8 of them are on win10 x64.
Any help would be appreciated!

You will have to resync these affected nodes from scratch.

Looks like they got stuck!

All of my nodes and the blockexplorer are fine though, so I'm not sure what exactly caused this.
A handful of people reported this to me, but it seems to be isolated.

An investigation has been started, but for now please resync and run as many FULL NODES as possible (open Port 51339, see that you get atleast 50 connections).
The better you are connected to the rest of the network the less you run the risk of creating (or jumping on) a fork and getting stuck there!

Thanks for the quick answer!
Sorry for the novice question, but how do I resync the wallet from scratch under win10?

Edit:
I found the answer with help from the discord channel.

"delete everything except your wallet and conf file if you have it"

That worked perfectly. And the mining can go on! 😊

Hi folks,

good things need their time and patience!

Hi developer I tried to contact you a few days ago and I missed your response I'm trying to fix my wallet it won't open it says (insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service) I have Windows 10 and 12 GB of RAM and it's been mining for over a 2 months and I just can't get it to open anymore I tried saving my wallet. Dat and my peers. Dat and reinstalling the wallet and I still haven't had any success and I've also increase my virtual memory. Thanks

Did you try to run the wallet as administrator?

Maybe also set another directory as blockchain directory by using the

-datadir

parameter.

Try a folder on your desktop.

Anyone else having these problems?

I have installed the wallet on a few computers running win10 64 pro without any probs. Also deleting, reinstalling and recovering from the wallet.dat was always a success.

@Rendrum187 I hope you find a solution to your problem!

Looks great thanks!  Had been running linux daemon on Ubuntu VM in my Mac and native QT wallet is getting 30% better hashrate.  Much appreciated! Sending some more zettel your way Smiley

Awesome!
Thanks for the donation.

I expected some increase, on a first glimpse I saw a solid 15-20 % increase on some older AMD 4- and 8-cores I tested with (Bulldozer, Vishera).
I'm happy that it's much more on your CPUs.

I need to do more scientific benchmarks next time.

More CPU related improvements coming soon. (CPU detection, more control, tweaking, etc)

Are the improvements in the hashrate only for the linux wallet or also for the windows one?

Tell me any version minerd or cpuminer which support  SpreadDoubleKetchup algo ?

For now the only miner that exists is the integrated miner in the wallet. There are no extra cpu or gpu miner that I know of.
