it won't kill cryptos. it's just alarming that they are really trying to control crypto. Cryptos were not designed to be controlled by one authority and so the governments see this as a threat to the central banks of the world.

it could give profit either way. if you have the patience and can hold for a long time that would be great. also buying at low price and selling at high price can give you a return of investment much faster. and maybe you can do both. win for a short term and a long term investment
