Re: Am I late to the party?

Better late than never !) I think that it is never late to start something especially if this refers to trading and earning money. I am sure that you will win if start
the only thing you need to have is patience, wait till the price is fine

Why)? You can plan forward by looking backward as there were too many ways to become filthy rich. And buying right coin was one of them (thinking back to the time when BTC cost nothing). There is no reason to consider yourself being late -  like, when one door closes, another one opens

Re: Exchange or Wallet?

I keep all the coins in a cold purse such as Ledger and Trezor. Only for sale, I bring coins to the stock exchange and then back to the wallet. I'm not a trader, I'm a long term investor.

Good strategy. Even losing some money on fees every now and then should not prevent anyone from following suit. It is the safest way to store tokens and coins as there are too many exchanges shut down around the world

Re: is crypto industry dangerous ?

i want to know what makes the cryprto dangerous? to the point that many countries band the use of crypto in their countries. I want to hear your opinion

if you have been in this market for a long time, you will reallize the crypto market is very safe but those risks is only happens when we log in phising site and in most of cases investors lost money because they invested in ICOs, ICO is very easy to scam, just make a project look more appealing to investors even when you don't have any real product, investors still invest into the ICO because they only care bout profit, that is why ICOs is dangerous bringing bad reputations to entire cryptos industry.
Yes, those who are new to this business are usually being scammed, they invested their money without reading and without knowing what can be the possible risk, if they will do their own research and study first each things that needed to earn before dealing with crypto, then it will be much better
and also much safer, crypto currency still young and a lots of things can possibly happen just learn how to analyze and be prepare as always.

The only thing that can protect you from being scammed or hacked is knowledge. So actually for newcomers can be easier to learn how to trade than to analyze meticulously every ICO. As there is lots of info about stock market trading and the mechanics of it is fairly uniform

Re: I have 69 ETH, What to do?

Don't cash out your ETH at all costs. Giving up on it now will lead you to a depression when you see the ETH price by the end of the year Grin You would be lamentably ill-advised to sell all of them or even some part as buying any altcoins is a game of luck

Re: Quit your job to promote bounty campaigns fulltime: unrealistic????

This is the funniest joke i have ever heard. Let us be practical, we are engaging to this kind of activity for us to gain extra income. Quitting the job we currently have is like bargaining a diamond to a piece of stone. We are not even sure if this campaign will succeed. Yes, I am also participating and supporting a campaign, though I am very hopeful to gain something from it but it will not take away the worry in my mind if the campaign I am on now is legit or not. Honestly, I somehow feel hopeless since I am not gaining something yet. Yes, some campaigns are giving merits and a lot of them already got the bounty they wanted but it is really a joke to say to quit a job for this. Sorry but even a single merit, I received nothing.

It's indeed getting curiouser and curiouser Grin Such a question is never asked by anyone with a strong business background. Cryptoworld usually represents a place where wealth could be rapidly acquired but frankly, it's the opposite. The high risk of being scammed or hacked having everything to do with quitting a job and becoming a hungry bounty hunter can't be nullified by just your eagerness to make a fortune

Re: How to get more profit?

The two key secret ingredients of reaping large profits are patience (never get tired of saying that) and a chosen strategy. OFC you have to always adapt and evolve along the way as the market has its ways to crash newbies thinking that they are able to oversmart it

Re: You can go wrong!

if you learn from your own mistake , you will spend time and money too .

better to learn from other's mistakes .

if your query is related to crypto , then be wise while taking decision of delling and buying , FOMO and panic sell may cause you loss .
The reason why a lot of people are doing very well in their fields today is because of their experiences which they were able to garner from their mistakes. We cannot do without going wrong some times as no one is perfect but what is necessary is to make use of those wrongs to get a better part of ourselves. A lot of people instead of that always end up getting down cast which is pretty bad.

Running from failure is not even a good thing because sometimes it just happens and the idea is to learn from it upfront, get better and then be able to make great decisions in the long run. It is important to always know that you can go wrong, but the interesting part of it is that there is always an opportunity to retrace and make the best use of it. Once you take it as part of life, you will always get the benefit of even failing.

I believe that it's preposterous to enter the cryptoworld without a strategy that has a positive expectancy. It can be a simple HODL or cutting losses quickly but it ought to be chosen beforehand. Pursuing a strategy should prevent you from becoming emotionally and financially devastating
