Re: Current cryptocurrency market situation

I think the current crypto market especially for btc seems to be just fine but people are still waiting for the big pump which really has not happen yet due to some unrelenting issues of btc. I think the altcoins has been undergoing tough ride this time for it has experienced several and long bear markets which I think would last a little bit longer if btc will remain dormant in it's current market value. However, I still believe that crypto market will recover in the coming weeks and bear market will fade away to give way on the coming bull market.

What proofs do we have that it will rise up again and will be topping its hights as it did at the beginning of the year? We are talking about investing and how unstable the market, not only crypto is! How sure can we be that the investment in cryptocurrencies won't end up as a failure again?

2018 has been a very good year so far in my opinion!

we have had the very necessary bitcoin correction which corrected the whole market. bitcoin price corrected and it also helped the pumped shitcoins come down to their more realistic values which is still ongoing since they are mostly overpriced right now.
and also we have had the long awaited opportunity to buy cheaper bitcoins.
I would agree that BTC did have the necessary corrections and that now we can buy them cheaper but the market itself hasn't been that great.

Think about how many new cryptocurrencies there are on the market. Of course, it‘s obvious that they are unstable and they need time to become comparable with other currencies. Emin Gün Sirer himself mentioned that the cryptocurrencies in their early stages need time to adapt.

Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto?

So, possible scenarios:

1. Satoshi is a group of people. Subscenario 1: Founded by some powerful entity, to create an experiment or destroy banking system. Or make drug trafficking easier.
2. Satoshi is dead. He didn't really knew that bitcoin might have such success, he died before seeing it growing so much and that's all.
Subcenario 1: Satoshi was killed because of Bitcoin.
3. Satoshi is affraid of Bitcoin and how it turned up.
4. Satoshi is a person that has no life other than programming (21.000.000% nerd) and he creates things under different identities. Maybe was behind Napster too.
5. Satoshi is ET or AI or GOD or S8TN

I'm so keen to find out which of these theories/hypothesis are the actual ones/ the actual one.

If you bought $100 worth of Bitcoin 7 years ago, you’d be sitting on $73 million right now. In the interval of December 2017 - January 2018 the value of a Bitcoin rose up form 6000$ till almost 20000$. So, we kinda missed the opportunity, that's why it drives everyone so crazy Grin
