I apologize yet, but from my android wallet I sent colx on 1/6/2018 I updated to the latest version, reset blocchain but nothing, my coins does not arrive on cryptopia. What can I do? Thanks for the answers

I opened a ticket on cryptopia, the problem is that the address to which I sent my colx does not match. I wonder how it is possible that I used the qr code. My colx are however present in the target wallet. The portfolio has only one transaction, that of my colx. I do not know what I should do to try to recover, on discord I do not know English well to discuss.
Please try this:
For Android, this returns back to normal state if the transaction seems "done" but if there is no transaction in reality:

1) save backup to the phone
2) Plug the phone into computer and save the backup file also to a USB etc.
then
1) uninstall the application
2) turn off the phone
3) Turn phone back on
4) Reinstall application
5) Recover wallet from backup in the settings
Also make sure you install latest Android version while you are reinstalling:

Sorry if I insist. 7 days I sent cryptopia my cols from wallet android. The transaction has not yet occurred, in the specifications I have 0 confirmations. Do I just have to wait with confidence? Thanks for the answers

I sent my colx to the android wallet before syncing it. The portfolio does not go over 91%. In another phone everything is ok, but unfortunately, where I sent the coin does not work. I can not even backup to another device. What could I do? Thank you and sorry for the bad english.

I sent some colxes to the android wallet. In the colcha blockchain the balance is present, but in the portfolio it is still indicated 0. Sync at 93% and does not move. What should I do? Thank you

All the altcoins have suffered collapses, why accuse a project still in its early stages? You could sell it at $ 10 if you did not believe in ins. We have to wait until the market returns to growth, then we'll see if the price of ins will still be down.
