There are many CPU miners. Which one do you use?

Orbitcoin produces blocks version 2 by default with block height in coin base or coin stake. Version 1 is no longer accepted. Neither Orbitcoin nor my cpuminer-neoscrypt are aware of version 3.

You should wait until the block chain download is complete. Your wallet will process an up-to-date advanced checkpoint right after and this message will disappear. No need to send coins or do anything to your wallet.dat as its structure hasn't been changed since v0.6. You can simply use your wallet.dat from v0.6 with v0.7. The address you have provided hasn't received any coins yet.

v0.7 is good to go. Executables for all four supported targets (Windows 32-/64-bit, Linux/amd64, Mac 64-bit) have been uploaded yesterday. Upgrade from v0.6.6.2 isn't required at this moment, though advised strongly.

Note that github.com/ghostlander/Phoenixcoin refers to the v0.7 repository now. The previous repository has been renamed to Phoenixcoin-v0.6 there.

Correct, no major changes. A few minor bugs to be fixed, also build environment updates. Some code goes to PXC, some goes back to ORB. I've had a lot of unrelated work to do recently, so my crypto development goes slower than anticipated.

Phoenixcoin v0.7 beta3 is ready, please test it. If everything is alright, it goes into production in a few days to replace v0.6.6.2 eventually and completely.

So, what's up? The original plan was to prepare a hard fork and release v0.7 with it. However it appeared more challenging and time consuming than expected, so my back-up plan was to release a maintenance update on the v0.6 branch to keep up with the progress. After all, the v0.6.6.2 release is 5 years old, though still functional. The last commit to the v0.6 branch is almost 3 years old, and this code base cannot even be compiled as it is on modern Linux distros with their default compilers and libraries. On the other hand, v0.7 beta does. It also offers better performance and functionality. So, the current plan is to release v0.7 without a hard fork scheduled and retire v0.6 entirely, though it can be used still. I'm going to merge the last bit of code from the v0.6 branch to v0.7 which is advanced checkpointing, also apply a few minor patches and make a release by the end of week. If you have any suggestions about v0.7, what should be added or fixed, let me know.

HAL turns 10 years today. Everything works fine, though a maintenance update has been scheduled.

Orbitcoin turns 11 today. Everything works as it should. It has been a while, so expect a new wallet release in the coming days.

ag1233, I have written only i386 and amd64 asm code with and without SSE2 support. What's in scrypt-arm.S isn't of much importance to NeoScrypt in general as Salsa20 constitutes a rather small part of it. Sure, NEON can speed things up even if compiler generated. Memory bandwidth is another question. When I checked last, 32-bit LPDDR4 powered RPi 4B couldn't reach 5GB/s on memory reads or writes. Although a quad core 1.5GHz Cortex-A72 with 1Mb L2 cache doesn't seem a poor performer, modern high end smartphones are much better in this regard.
