I was fine to let the thread die a death, but BCB & Gineta PM'd me out of the blue today. Basically Gineta is trying to coerce me into removing a thread about him.
Now Gineta is threatening to come around my house 'and see what happens', yet still refusing to answer the simple questions put to him.

It's all smoke and mirrors as far as I'm concerned.



I'll conceed that no actual scam occurred but that's simply on the basis that he was caught out, and all that's required is simple clarification. The more Gineta resists, threatens and such the more I'm convinced that the aim was to scam people.

Now that's getting is quiet illegal. This is a clear threat.

In US we can shoot morons that cross the boundaries of our dwellings.

Now if it's time to report you to cops and mods for threats. One thing is a freedom of speech, an another is "how it will turn out".

This thread is a really bad idea.  Someone doing something you don't like or failing to do something you want them to do doesn't make them a scammer.

I believe kelticfox started the scammer thread because you used multiple nics on IRC and there was a concern about where you actually lived (why that is important I'm not sure).  

I suggest you post publicly in the scammer thread and ask kelticfox what he would need to remove the personal information.

But i have to say you speak really bad google translate english so maybe auggstocroppo could help you you out.  unfortunately you are probably not going to do yourself any favors by trying to argue your own case.

So gineta's personal info is all over this thread.  I'm all for doxing scammers and using any LEGAL means to recover a debt, however I don't think it was proven that this guy scammed anyone.

So I'd request that personally identifying info be removed.  You can certainly update this thread if you find him using other nics in IRC or attempting to defraud other members.

Maybe a mod or admin would report back on whether it would be beneficial to lock or leave the thread open.

As far I know you didn't scam anybody and if it were me I would remove any posts with personally identifying information.  Maybe would could appeal to those who posted your info and to the  original poster   to lock the post.

I think you user name and indication that there was some concern about your behavior, however there should be no reason for personal information to remain up there.

I would like to vote for gineta as the first judge and jury of BitCourt. He seems to have the right ideas on how to reign in these abuses of freedom and how to establish a firm set of rules everyone can follow for the good of everyone.

What we really need is a "butthurt" tag.

Year, we really must get rid of all this trolling and false accusations.

We should assign some unknown members which watching and checking this false accusations. They will be like mods, except nobody knows them. I propose that we call them Gestapo.

They can then restrict user access to the Internment camp subforum until they show amendment.

Really now? Don't you think the forum mods, which work for free by the way, haven't already enough to do by checking all this accusations?

They should also start checking if someone is trying to defame someone with false accusations and tag him if true.

This is just a forum, to give someone a scammer tag is IMO already a borderline case. And it's not really a punishment, but more to warn noobs of this person.

To let the mods do even more work than that in what I think is there private free time is just not feasible.

4) Entienda que los valores de venta o compra pueden diferir de los de MTGOX ya que mercados más reducidos la oferta y demanda es MUY menor.

Se que para varios el punto 3 es opuesto al anonimato pero no todos los pasos del punto 3 exponen al vendedor, pero si al menos compromete el nick con el que participa (ej: 3.b o 3.c).
