Hi, we have a support team that is responsible for investigations, hacking and robbery are the publicly available information, if a centralized exchange will be hacked or steal funds everyone will know about it. Our insurance protects the investors from that.

Correct, the claim still has to go through the existing process and our support team to verify that the theft has appeared.
