I'm another victim in Japan.

Have lost over 30BTCs which I need back.

Fortunately I took a screen grab of my transaction list, account number and balances. Most of my savings were tied up in Mt Gox's account.

If this helps, I will be eager to join a class action suit in Japan.

BTCJapan Announces NEW PROMOTIONAL OFFER

(since we cannot post in Japan's first mining pool?)

Hello to everyone,

BTCJapan (bitcoin.ne.jp) has now been in operation for 3 months. We have had some activity and several miners have been active with us. (In Japan there are already a lot of digital currency systems in the market, but they are only accessible within Japan) Getting the Bitcoin currency transaction system into the main stream is our main objective.

Since the difficulty level of solving a Bitcoin transaction block has become so high, it will take approximately 1.5M - 2M shares to solve 1 block and receive the 50BTC reward. At this time we have been averaging mining speeds of around 450Mh/s, so at this speed it would take 6-12 months to solve 1 transaction block.

So to help increase the number of active miners at BTCJapan, and to help promote the Bitcoin currency transaction system in Japan, we have started a new promotion. From Feb 1st, 2012 til we achieve 200 active miners AND solve 20 transaction blocks, we have removed all pool fees. This means that BTCJapan is going to give away a total of 1,000BTC.

For people already mining with other pools, we think you will find this offer very attractive.

Also, after we have achieved our promotional goal, the top 100 miners for each block will never pay any pool fees.

For more information about the Bitcoin currency transaction system, bitcoin pool mining, and BTCJapan's new promotional offer please visit bitcoin.ne.jp

Good luck and best regards,
Gavin, Satoshi & Tomoko
