Already reported it with accurate information. Sadly eBay doesn't seem to know that this is clearly a scam as they haven't taken it down even now.The user has 86 positive feedback, and he is using this opportunity to make some quick money. Not sure why that would be at the moment, I'll take a look. about 6-12 hours ago the server was down such that what you experienced makes sense ( I don't have a "can't communicate with server" screen up yet ), but if this happened to you recently then I'll need to check out what happened.
