I am having a similar issue where I am not receiving good updates or reply from SPORTSBET. My balance on there is around 18,000 usd and they have not given me any proper idea of what the hell is going on. For 21 days I have been waiting on an update from them.
The last reply I got from them was after around 7 emails and it was simply to "wait for an investigation"
I have posted my full story here on what is happening. Steve could you please shed light on what is going and why my funds have been held for 20+ days, even though I have completed KYC and informed you of the other accounts I had when asked.
To make it worse, I have also been informed that Sportsbet.io don't accept German customers anymore so I can't even access live chat any more to get updates.
Old but gold : " dont keep too much money on these online bookies lol".

Heard about this project before, many people in my country have invest in google ads to get more referrals but they scammed at the end of June.
