No coupons for the 6 antminer S3s I just bought to get out of my S1s. 3.4 BTCs is kick to my digital nuts. No go in my book. Anyone honestly thinking about buying at that price?

That's good, because usually right after it comes back up, it's updated. Now, what's the price going to be for a S4? I'm going with at least 3 BTC, either way not in my wheel house.

Thank you for the pictures. Looks very interesting. Wonder how they came up with that design. Smaller heatsinks with more boards instead of using the S1 boards and just jamming into a case.

Glad someone is getting some kind of response from them. I don't know if the price point is right yet.

I hope the site keeps on selling. I've got no response from bitmaintech in over a week to an email. If you look closely, there are no products in stock at this point in time. I wonder what's up.

I hope bitmaintech comes back with S1 miners, but I not holding my breath on it. Anyone know of any other trustworthy sites to get S1s from?

This might hold some water as bitmaintech has sold out of the Antminer S1s and haven't responded to any emails I've sent in the last week. They are usually pretty good about getting back to me. I'm looking for another seller with a good rep. to continue to buy Antminer S1s from if bitmaintech closes it's doors.

I have 2 cx750m powering 3 antminer s1 right now, the PSU people are talking about have a low 80s efficentecy that will be borderline running 2 miners. Bestbuy has cx750m on a rolling sale, for 79.99, so I could run 4.5 miners for the price of many 850w psu that would run 4 miners. Has anyone tried to run 3 boards (1.5 miners) with a cx650m PSU?

I've bought 3 Antminer S1 from bitmaintech.com and glad that I did. Probably 2-3 days shipping and they are plug and play into my mining cluster. At the price he is selling them now, my cluster is getting but my wife is getting angrier with each one.

On the bitmain site, the price is fixed to 3899$ and then the reflected BTC price to side. I wonder what the production costs were...

Slush's pool just added 220TH here the last couple of days and dropped my return per block down by 20%. With more power being added, 9-10 months away is generous and in scheme of things is way too long.

We all need to remember that was a prototype. Would like to see what the final product would look like as of right now, it's a broken link on the page. Might as well have a picture of the Riddler up there. I do agree that the price and the power consumption doesn't make much sense compared to the S1. What magic is going on in that box for it only needing 1KW PSU?

I hope the finished product is that big silver box of hashing. .5 BTC of that price is probably for shipping and handling as that looks to be a big mama jama! We are getting to the days where Antminer S1s are the new USB Asic.
