Wow, can't believe that's still causing us problems. Very painful watching the selloff today. It really looks like we'll be in a sustained bear market for quite some time. Good news hardly makes an impact, while even the smallest bit of bad news results in massive selloffs.

I think education is very important. People ask me all the time about crypto currency and then I see their eyes glaze over when I start explaining it. You need to know what you're doing and how to do it.

The other thing is that you need to take emotion out of it. I'm always amazed at how people sell when everyone else is selling. Even if it is your intention to sell, that is the absolute worst time. My cousin freaked out when XRP took a dive and sold it all at the absolute bottom. If he had even waited a week, he would have seem some recovery. Interestingly, at the top, he was all, "Gonna let it ride no matter what. Don't care if it goes to zero."

Marine coin could be a game changer cryptocurrency. You cant go wrong here it is being given away for free to the first twenty thousand people who qualify. This many coins for an ICO is not common and it suggests a bigger picture of wealth redistribution. A small number of people own large amounts bitcoin, and bitcoin start the ball rolling in the direction more own bitcoin now bt its distribution it still sewed to the early adapter. Marine coin is making a larger distribution network. Hence people can people change in the gains as the cryptocurrency matures.  None of these icos can say they have this type of backing before they launch and that what Marine coin plans to do. Once  twenty thousand people have their coins in hand it would be up to the community to promote and trade he coin. adding to its stablity and resistance to pump and dumpers.

Very interesting going back through this thread. Disappointing that we are still waiting on wider adoption. I would like to use BTC on a daily basis, but there are still way too many obstacles, both internal and external. Been several years since that initial discussion, but still a lot of headwinds.

Very excited to see NEO and XLM grow this year. Longer term I think ECA and ONION have potential.
