What's the best coin as of right now to invest in?

Buy large caps when it dips (BTC, ETH) keep only a small bag for degen gambling (!!!). Personally, I'm waiting for a decentralized betting platform to launch on Polygon. Offer liquidity and earn chunk on whats being bet on.

Personally against gambling, but to capitalize on what others gamble? hmmm sounds like a good deal.. And you're spot on about buying large caps, that should be FIRST and FOREMOST for anyone entering the space. Peace!

that's a good list but there must be more gamings tokens added into the list but im sure that if you have known this so well. So many solid metaverse projects are on the way right now. Axie infinity looks like an old idea compared with a new project like that but the only thing that makes it alive was people able to grind pennies from there. I think that the only thing that makes me doubt is what do you think by put citrus on the list while this project is still far compared with the rest in the list? That doesn't make sense to see that. citrus has no demand and it's not even a reliable project.
Replace it with a new one that has a better reputation looks like a better thing.

I agree with both of your viewpoints to be frank. As I've said too there are some solid gems out there, just need keep an open (but skeptical) mind on things. We're too easily brushing things off as scams these days (also right, since there is a ton of bs out there). Stay strong fellow degens!

You again Cheesy! I saw u in a another post suggesting ENGN token, checked out & kind of reminds of the Apex + Overwatch mixture, got me off my seat tbh Cheesy

I see a lot of old, and bigger (more reliable) developments being mentioned here. What about any new, legit developments that are not as known yet?

I'm seeing a lot of clear-headed views here regarding Bitcoin, and Ethereum. They should come as first and be the biggest chunks in your portfolio, and smaller chunks maybe for risky degenerate gambling type of calls. Pay To Earn sector has some promising perspectives with projects coming out soon. Who's capitalizing on Sandbox/Metaverse type of developments, and who is bringing Unreal Engine in. If the war doesn't get nuclear then we might see some tech-savvy days ahead of us.

Re: What Alternative coin have you bought ?
by

Since bitcoin Price has dropped drastically, although there seems to be a bit increase, felt like I should ask what alternative coin you have bought, are you buying the dip, have you sold out of pressure ?

took a dive into the P2E rabbit hole. When I first discovered Axie in 2020 October the gameplay honestly pushed me away (too childish for me to make it acceptable to spend time on it) but now after going through a ton of half-assed, big promising P2E projects I finally found out about ENGN token. They are releasing a shooter game on Unreal Engine and it looks freaking sick! Confident to recommend checking it out!

I see a person of the culture here Cheesy I also tried Axie in early 2021 & didn't like it at all, got the fluffballs still sitting in my wallet. Found ENGN token on Coingecko just now, and am watching the gameplay trailer next, seems hype. thanks for the "alpha"

I personally chase constant APY. From low risk (5-20%) to high risk (100 - 1xxxx%). Returns from High (currently MidasDao) will be diverted into Low risk (Crypto.com, Celsius, etc.)

In addition, it's a great way to test new, and maybe more obscure projects with "house money" (Reimagined finance, InsureDAO genesis event etc.)

Strategy seems nice, but as others have stated - more risk, more return and vice versa. I actually did InsureDAO gen event (wish me luck)
Will next look into Reimagined Finance + Cronje is releasing his baby soon! (Excited Tongue)

Everyone is talking about how many x's will a project, but what about having steady APY and a sense of security towards invested funds?

What are your thoughts on security via doxxed team, team members public wallet addresses etc?

First things first, always try some of the top 10 high cappers. They may relatively costly but they are more reliable and less volatile as you go down the pecking order in coinmarketcap. Then try some of the meme coins. I know it sounds dumb, but if you check out the top gainers everyday on cmc you would notice about 50% are memes. So it wouldn't hurt to put $100 on some of them that are exciting

I'd even go further, and recommend top 25 tbh. It's relatively safe, after top 25 it starts to get volatile, and after top 100 it's honestly a shitcoinland at that point Cheesy
I've been thinking about multi-chain moonshots, and high APY tokens. Anyone want to weigh in on the topic?

If I want to gamble I just go by "recently added" list. It's 110% a degen move but from there I've stumbled across some gems. I was as well looking into multi-chain projects, and what caught my eye as something somewhat new was Reimagined Finance. You know the drill though, small bag & keep your eye on it.

I've done that too! Cheesy I invested into insurance product coming out soon - GenesisDAO genesis event, like a week to go and over 3m USD already raised. I think I'll look into Reimagined as well with what I have left in my rekt wallet..Will keep you posted!

We'll need Metamask for login to the platform,
but don't forget to check the instruction (how to do it) - this one! (Read it! - Trust Me!)  Grin

Here are some instructions to access Money On Chain Testnet
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lflkp7A0ExXpL5Ch-uM-TUeeaCOSq3a6/view

You'll need to create custom RPC on your Metamask...
 Read the instructions!!!

got it, thanks for your advice, next time i will read the instructions first  Grin

yes, something like that. i do not realize it exists on their web, thanks for sharing it also for your explanation.

My pleasure!
I'm so lucky 'cause I find that video right on the main page of their web.

If the coin collateralized with btc, it can not refer to stablecoin since btc price is not stable..that is simple.

We're talkin' about a system.
Where a few things bundled on the platform...

Their first Stablecoin is Dollar on Chain (DoC), where the price will peg to the US Dollar... Wink

am not lucky enough to find it. i swear i open their web, as i say before i don't realize it he he

thanks for the explanation. but, how about to make some illustration graphic on the whitepaper, it will make it more easy to understand.

waiting for the whitepaper

Yes, info-graphic is a good idea to explain it in a simple way (even though max said that the process is kinda complex). The message will be sent to the team though so maybe, they'll create one for the public.

that is good sir

is this project will have any bounty program in this near future?

I will follow up this project and see how it goes, I can only wish the team a good success. Another project has a similar mode the USDQ Plantinum-QDAO. Technology is innovative and keeps evolving.

Thanks for your question, I am Max, cofounder of MoneyOnChain

According to their white paper the model of QDAO is the same as maker DAO, we have a different model. One of the main differences is that in our model the peg is guaranteed by the smart contract.

Another difference is that we have different actors with different needs interacting in the ecosystem.

For example,

Alice is a long term bitcoin holder willing to earn a passive income  in her bitcoins, so she buys the BitPRO, the BitPRO gives Alice a passive income in her bitcoins and a little bit of leverage, that means that in the long term, when the price of bitcoin goes UP Alice will have more Bitcoins.

Bob Needs a fix amount of USD to buy a new car next month, so Bob sends the equivalent amount of usd in bitcoin to the smart contract to buy the stable coin. He does not need to put any collateral, he simply sends the amount of dollars in bitcoins he needs to the smart contract and gets  that amount in DOC, (Dollar on Chain) our first stable asset.

Dave is a trader, he thinks the price of bitcoin will go UP, so he buys a leveraged long position using the platform and pays an interest for that leverage

So now Dave is assuming most of the risk, Alice is earning the interest that Dave pays and Bob has the stability provided by the system

In the following weeks we are going to open our first alfa product on the RSK testnet

Stay tunned

thanks for the explanation. but, how about to make some illustration graphic on the whitepaper, it will make it more easy to understand.

How does the interest paid by BTC 2x work?

Maximiliano Carjuzaa, the CEO, explained more about it at @NoSoySatoshi podcast.

Hit the link below and watch the complete explanation:

https://youtu.be/d7kWscVFTKk

am still a bit confused, it is a too short explanation for me, but it is better. I will wait for the written version.
