What are your sources of this statement maybe this is your personal observation and you are not aware of current situation of the market. All projects are suffering and declining their value due to big fear about the future and you are marking a project as safe investment even they don't have something working.
The value of Karvuon project is real, not speculative. If they manage to make an IPO, all IEO and STO investors will earn a lot.
