I would say no there are a couple instances that I can remember of ebay canceling listing selling bitcoin related anything as well as freezing others' paypal accounts

in the past through moneygram yes but they do have, in my opinion, very restrictive terms such as a 3.99% premium and a low maximum as well as some new rules im not sure of. I usually use camp bx/dwoll now-a-days
