Re: Alt coins bleeding

Eth has been observed to have increased today to 6% I think this is better than yesterday which was red and made panic for some investors even though the ups and downs of eth prices on the market in this time is a natural thing and should not be worried because I believe Eth is the best altcoin that can change the life of someone who dares to hold back and believes in the future of this coin in the future.

ETH is not the best altcoin right now, it was best back then but now it has lost its charm. Most of the ICOs now are conducted on Exchanges as IEOs, the use of ETH chain is decreasing so is the amount of ICO contribution received in ETH. In short, use of Ethereum is decreasing. So the price being proportional to use, is also hitting floor.

Re: Bitcoin DOES NOT have a Cap of 21 Million Coins!!
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:42:46 UTC
Contrary to popular belief, Bitcoin does NOT have a cap of 21 million coins.

The block rewards resets to 50 every 256 years making the supply grow indefinitely, forever.
I think the problem is that cap exists because after that the Hash rate would be so high that everyone would get a very minuscule rewards for mining one block which would decrease miner's interest in mining bitcoin which is why I think people say there is a cap of 21 million coins. The speed of mining would become too damns low after that barely a single coin could be mined in a day.

Re: Btc price is allready too high
by

and that is also what people said when the BTC first touched 3000 $, they thought it was too high, but that did not dampen investors' intention to buy it.
so I think in any market condition reliable investors can take advantage of opportunities and find solutions.

Yeah! Whenever Bitcoin's price rise in short interval, people generally assume that it reaches the top and won't rise more. But that not the always case. We were around $3000 at the beginning of the year and now we are at $8500. We can go to $20000 by the end of the year, who knows? So better enter into market whenever you get chance.

Re: Price fluctuations - Opportunity or despair?
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:32:34 UTC
are these price fluctuations a boon for us to make use of it and trade in order to achieve profits or else it's a despair situation wherein we are clueless and don't know what to do ?
it actually depends on how well you make use of the situation. we cannot guarantee that with fluctuation we can create opportunities to increase profits. however, it depends on the strategy in question. out there is so much news about people who benefit from fluctuation and so many people who lose from fluctuation. Opportunity or despair? it depends on your strategy.
Depends on how will you take any possibilities to earn, it's despair once you jumped into conclusion without prior study that has been done. Don't be a dumb investors you should be wise reading the flow, fluctuations are always been around and with how you anticipate the next trend, it will give a good outcome
to your investment.
Wait while observing don't invest your money if you are not sure, better to keep yourself with more understanding before investing inside.
Price fluctuations are opportunity for traders but despair for long term investors. Traders like to buy low and sell high & then sell high and buy low therefore can play both sides of market while investors can only buy so traders benefit more from price fluctuations than investors and it's an opportunity for them.

Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019?
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:32:16 UTC
In the end of 2019 the possible price of litecoin is still unpredictable but my prediction to this coin now is already change because now the price of the litecoin is still very low but I still believe to this coin. But I adjust my prediction that possible for the $1000 and up is the year 2020 . But for sure litecoin can have a chance for that price but low chance for now to happen.

Litecoin is the coin similar to Bitcoin. It follows the trend of Bitcoin. When BTC rises, LTC rises too. Considering current trend, it is possible that the price of bItcoin will reach $20K easily in next six months, LTC will follow it too and we may expect $250 for LTC by March 2020.

Re: How to control your emotions while trading?👨🏼‍💻
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:28:41 UTC
Emotional challenge is the biggest battle for traders. most of the traders go behind FOMOs which are created by twitterati and telegram channels who do these paid stuff by charging money. Most of the FUD is because people don't understand trading and blindly do these things.

Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:28:29 UTC
Because people are always willing to sell their ico coins less than what's on the market, the selling power will always be greater than the buying power unless in rear circumstances.

The reason for the same is free distribution of coins by the projects. When distributing coins as free air-drops what do they expect, coin will become like Bitcoin? Projects must treat their coin with some respect and try adding premium to it so that the value of coin boom once it listed on exchange.

Just try searching Binance on Etherscan and you will be surprised to see the results. The biggest portfolio are usually hold by exchanges. There are over 1000 coins worth more than $200M on Binance's ETH address.

Re: BTC/USD trading without Bank Account
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:22:30 UTC
Being involved in crypto space for quite some time now, I have seen the price going up and down a numerous times.
I plan to try out trading to try my luck.

What I am looking forward to is if there are any exchanges that enable us to trade BTC/USD without the need to link a USD Bank account. I want to be able to keep my USD funds on the exchange itself (I am aware that it's not recommended to keep funds on exchange) and trade as normal. I would be just withdrawing the funds in crypto as the time comes.

Do enlighten me regarding this.

I don't want to trade between the cryptocurrencies because almost the entire crypto market follows the trend that Bitcoin takes on (more or less).
local bitcoins is a good option for you if you don't want to withdraw money directly to your account. It would look like the person is sending you money for some service and in return you will be sending him BTC over the exchange. You are right it's not recommended to hold high amounts of USD on exchanges they can be shady at times.

Re: What do you think of ETH Price will be by end of 2020?
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:21:30 UTC
i dont know exatly what price, but i am sure that it will be higher than now
between 500 to 1000 maybe
still makes it a good investment
The price $1000 is very possible to happen at the end of 2020, even I personally believe will be able to exceed the price of $1000. After they released Ethereum 2.0 then I feel optimistic that ETH prices will go to the moon. So it's not wrong if you buy ETH now, then hold it for a long term investment.

$1000 is big say for ETH. There is no new development in ETH technology. The number of ICOs are decreasing, I don't see any reason why ETH price could cross $1000 this year.
For me, it will remain between $400-600 at max. Although, it could still remain below $200, no surprises.

Re: Bitcoiners in Hong Kong protests?

I am a protestor in Hongkong here. Situation here is too bad and the authorities have almost zero care towards fellow people. I am holding my Bitcoin for sure. I think governments are just using people for their own good. For so long hong kong people supported chinese people. Now when we are against them and asking for our rights they are doing this for us.

true. the movement of bitcoin is difficult to guess the direction makes traders more curious to follow the movement. here we feel challenged to be able to read the next movement. down or up.

Yeah, crypto movement is more difficult to predict than the mood of the wife. These are highly unpredictable. Few of the TA may help in crypto market but they can't be trusted completely. Most of the time crypto investment is like betting on the gambling site.

Re: Some IEOs could also turn out to be scam
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:16:40 UTC
There is always such a possibility. I like IEO's and trust them more than ICO's, but only if IEO is conducted on trusted exchange, for example Binance. But even then you can be scammed, as no one can guarantee you that this or that project isn't a scam. Everything can happen, even on a major exchange.

IEO can help from the investor's point of view but what about technical development of project? I don't think conducting IEO from Binance will help projects will technical aspects too. So it is not always possible that IEO will success, they do have more success percentage than ICO but they are also not full-proof.

Re: 3 things should not be too in trading
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:15:44 UTC
too much volume has been the biggest enemy of traders. Volume can lead to artificial pump and dumps which can really take away money from retail investors. Newbie traders should try trading only in securities which don't have much volume around otherwise there can be a lot of problem.

Re: Is regulation good or bad?
by
googs84
on 10/10/2019, 12:12:16 UTC
I think regulation has good and bad effects in my opinion, because if it is the same as using what is already there (centralized), it is the same as regulating it, while it is made for decentralized, no one regulates it and is free.
but I think the application of regulations is also good for preventing unwanted actions, but yes at least there must be appropriate rules so that these regulations can be agreed by all parties.

I dont think regulation has any positive impact for crypto users. Cryptocurrencies are meant to be used as free-from-third-party control currency and imposing regulations limit their scope. So, cryptocurrency regulations have negative impact in my view.

Re: How is a day of a crypto trader?
by
googs84
on 27/10/2018, 11:33:23 UTC
I am full time crypto earner but not trader really. All my trades are really long term one so I dont have to stick to the screen all the time I have never sit in front of the PC looking after the trading patterns for hours. May be a professional trader might do that but for me its simple trick of buying and selling. I just hit the market, look for some great coins (which can be scam eventually) you never know! But with the risk being considered we can approach ahead and buy them at relatively lesser prices as compared to its initial price. The next step is to Hodl such coin and wait for the market to show up some higher prices for the same. Thats all, this is how it works for me as trader.

Re: The future of the market
by

on 27/10/2018, 10:01:12 UTC
Things will change surely mate, all you need to do is give it a time. The future of the crypto market is bright all the time but people make it look like worst all the time. Look at the crypto currencies right now, they all are dipping but dont forget that they had ATH prices last year which actually shown us the real potential for it. The market as we see today is completely corrected one and now is stable one too. I guess crypto cant be that stable and as it has already corrected itself then it is the time it will start going upwards only. The year end will be evident for this change. Just wait and watch mate.
