Re: Can an Altcoin below ICO price rise again after falling?
by

on 24/10/2018, 00:21:08 UTC
Although theoretically it is possible that this recovery happens, according to what has been observed frequently in the market that very rarely happens if the project does not have a real and solid support. And unfortunately, even in cases where an ICO looks very promising, the difficult current times prevent it from easily reaching the capitalization goals. Without a doubt these are not the best times for the ICO, but I hope that gradually they can recover some of the lost value.

Re: Worried about Crypto currency future
by

On the contrary, I believe that we are just in a very early stage of the development of cryptocurrencies, and therefore you must learn to see the great potential that this technology has not only based on its market price, but based on the solutions that present to solve some of the complex challenges that the global economy faces these days. One thing is certain: blockchain technology and the decentralization of the economy and financial processes are here to stay, regardless of whether the big speculative capitals decide to invest in this market or not.

Re: Why Bitcoin will be the safest investment
by
goribert
on 10/10/2018, 23:08:27 UTC
I believe that no investment related to matters of digital technology can be considered as a safe investment in the long term, because the very nature of this technology is precisely to innovate, evolve, improve. Several years ago no one would think that the MSN messenger would disappear, or that myspace, hifive or napster would end up falling as well as the Altavista search engine or the Netscape browser, therefore, I do not think the bitcoin technology is enough to ensure a long and promising future for those who decide to bet on it in the long term.

Re: Why so many bounty campaign are extending?

Unfortunately, the business of ICOs is on the edge of precipice, given the crisis of credibility currently affecting the crypto market, coupled with the poor performance of the vast majority of ICOs throughout this year, so it may be necessary be very naive or unwary to dare to risk your capital in an ICO right now, expecting big dividends in the short term, and that aversion to risk is what is causing the failure of many ICOs to reach their goals, with the consequent delays that this involves.

Re: Is the existence of bitcoins a threat to jobs and national currencies?
by

on 03/10/2018, 22:11:36 UTC
In reality there are still very few people involved in this field, because the great masses are still very far from the basic knowledge required to be involved in the world of cryptocurrencies. But even if everyone wanted to get money from this, the market would be strengthened and there would undoubtedly be a great possibility for many to continue to make fortunes, although this would not be possible for everyone.

Those who I believe that could be affected by the potential success of bitcoin would be central banks, who would see their powers diminished in a decentralized economy.

I also believe that the amount of existing cryptocurrencies seems excessive in view of how small the market is still, but we must take into account that this is to be expected in an open market like this, where anyone interested in benefiting from the expected crypto boom can aspire to take a slice of the pie, however, since many of the recently launched projects never had a viable idea and only arose for purely speculative purposes, it is difficult for them to survive the hard blows of the current market, which will only be willing to give life to viable and reliable projects.

Re: More and more airdrop is a lie,
by

on 29/09/2018, 19:49:17 UTC
More and more airdrop is a lie, I do not recommend participation in airdrop, because there are at most a few 100 airdrop quality, so I think it should not be a waste of time.

It is true, I must admit that it is quite problematic to deal with so many airdrops, because to date I have been involved in many of them, and very few of them have offered an important reward for participating in that airdrop.

In fact, doing a rough calculation, maybe only 10% of the airdrops in which I signed up have offered me the promised tokens, and from those tokens only very few reached a considerable value and most never reached a significant value.

In fact, what I have obtained the most when registering in so many airdrops is a lot of spam in my registration email.

Bitcoin at the present time resembles as a bubble.Once it goes up, it immediately pops out.  It is normal that the price of bitcoin gets down but it's been a long time since it is on its original value or higher than its real value. Those who invest these past few months are suffering a lot of loaaes and they are losing hope that bitcoin will continue to drastically decrease in value.  Do you have guys some advice for me? It will be really appreciated and I will be eternal grateful.

Consider yourself a fortunate to be part of a generation that is breaking the financial and economic paradigms that had prevailed so far, as the irruption of cryptocurrencies have meant a real revolution for which apparently no one was prepared. That is the main reason why it costs us so much work to deal with the great volatility of bitcoin, and being that its nature seems unfair to qualify as a "bubble".

Our main problem is that by being the pioneers in this transition, we must learn on the fly to deal with uncertainty, learning from trial and error. But I am sure that despite the headache that this roller coaster means, in the medium term we will be the first to benefit from our persistence.

Undoubtedly, the business of ICOs is going through a major crisis by being severely affected by the lack of credibility that has been generated lately in these investment schemes. In fact, everything seems to indicate that their best moment was at the end of 2017, and since then they have consistently declined.

And it seems absurd that someone is willing to pay large amounts of money for tokens that, always and without exception, observe a drastic drop as soon as they go to the market. Nobody in this world is willing to invest $1,000 in something that within a week will certainly be worth $100, so the end of the ICOs seems closer and closer.

Re: Really? Next Bitcoin is Litecoin
by

on 08/09/2018, 21:06:22 UTC
I have seen a lot of rumors out there they are saying next bitcoin is a Litecoin it possible?

Litecoin has already been on the market for too long, so it seems absurd to me that these kinds of rumors are spreading right now. In any case, if only it were to implement some improvements to aspire to unravel the bitcoin of its current hegemony, there seems to be dozens of altcoins with better features than litecoin to aspire to the throne. So I think you should not listen to those rumors and keep holding your bitcoins. Great things come for the king of the cryptos and there are many people interested in taking away your bitcoin offering shitcoins without any future.

Re: Will bitcoin be replace by ethereum/ripple

While it is true that the ethereum and Ripple platforms have seemed to offer more advantages than bitcoin for certain practical uses, that does not necessarily make them better options in terms of their viability as currency. In any case, it could be said that these three cryptos still belong to a first generation of cryptocurrencies that could be displaced by the newer advanced generations that are to come, although I have no doubt that these three will continue to play an important role during the next ten years.

While the cryptocurrency market continues to be so closely linked to the behavior of bitcoin, practically none of the current ones should surpass the bitcoin's performance too much in terms of capitalization, but besides that, I am also convinced that today's cryptos are nothing more than projects in development that are still far from fully meet the requirements of today's economy, so I think that in the coming months cryptocurrencies will emerge with truly revolutionary characteristics that we can not even imagine right now, but that could be the next technological step what is needed to consolidate the reliability of this market.

Re: ETH TO $ 5000
by

on 19/08/2018, 20:53:49 UTC
I believe that ethereum is beginning to feel the pressure of many other altcoins that are emerging recently, with all the advantages that ethereum had offered until now but with significant improvements. However, I believe that the advantage of its popularity could be enough to reach the price of $2,000 in the long term, although taking into account that it has usually followed the price of bitcoin at a rate of 1:10, if the price of bitcoin reaches more than $20,000 we could expect a big surprise from ethereum.

Re: Is hodling alts dangerous?
by

on 16/08/2018, 03:30:53 UTC
By participating in different bounties and airdrops, I have come to the conclusion that holding altcoins for too long is not profitable because they tend to fall significantly in price compare to its value during the ICO period, so I prefer to sell my altcoins as soon as I get some good profit.

Re: How To Deal with Bitcoins Up & Down Swings? Please Help.
by

on 11/08/2018, 19:34:16 UTC
For me it has also been very stressful to deal with the great volatility of bitcoin, because unlike many other people who have been interested in this field exclusively as a speculative market, most of my investments are in bitcoin as part of the ideal that always I had respect to the power of bitcoin to bring about changes in society. Today I learned that bitcoin is nothing more than a pump and dump business for speculators and I have learned to buy and sell my coins without remorse.

Re: How long will this bear market continue?
by

on 26/07/2018, 20:54:04 UTC
I'm just hodling since the January drop. Stupid me I didn't sell enough of my coins that time. Just wondering what are you guys doing. Still holding or you pulled out your investments in the mean time?

Fortunately I made the decision to sell an important amount of my bitcoins at $18,000 and ethereum at $20,000, and the amount of fiat money that I got has been enough to cope with the torment without any jolts, so since February I have only dedicated myself to accumulate more cryptos and I have stopped selling my coins.

Only when bitcoin returns to the $12,000 line I could be encouraged to sell, but for now there is nothing left but to resist the tidal wave.

Re: Bitcoin is DEAD
by

on 13/07/2018, 23:00:11 UTC
I think that before declaring bitcoin "officially dead", many solutions to the problems that are currently being presented can still be found. It is true that I also had bad times with unconfirmed transactions  for many days and excessive fees that I was not able to pay sometimes, but I am very confident that this ecosystem has people with enough skills and intelligence to solve this, because I believe that it is not convenient for anyone to see a giant slowly agonize in whom all eyes are placed and is the reference par excellence of all other cyptos.

Would it really be like that later? I do not actually think that cryptocurrency will end in a day. Precisely the price of crypto is difficult to guess even in a single second. I just hope that after this phenomenon bitcoin prices will return properly.

It is natural that, faced with an adverse scenario, those who are just starting out in the trading business tend to focus too much on the black clouds instead of looking beyond the storm. I have no doubt that the future of cryptocurrencies is bright and in a few weeks the mood of investors will be restored and we will begin to see a new uptrend with renewed vigor.

Re: Could bitcoin reach 100.000$ ?
by
goribert
on 10/07/2018, 22:21:02 UTC
Why not? The bitcoin economy is just in an initial stage. Practically the road is free of pitfalls and it is only a matter of time for citizens and businesses to realize the convenience of approaching Bitcoin as an efficient way to carry out their finances. I have no doubt that once a consensus is reached among the community regarding the future of bitcoin, we will see the price reach six digits in 2019 or 2020.

Like the title, what coins do you think will have a good future because now it's a lot of coins and not a few of those coins that fail
What do you think ?
What coin do you think will have good future ?

From a rational point of view, it would be easy to suppose that cryptocurrencies supported by a better team of developers, with a committed community and with enough flexibility to efficiently meet user requirements would be the best profile to face the challenges of the future with success, but this strange and capricious market does not seem to react to the economic fundamentals of the real world, so it is likely that such inefficient coins as bitcoin and ethereum will continue to dominate the market for many years.
