Ya, no worries, it happens all the time. If Chris is legit, the problem will be resolved.

To all those whose order stays on-hold: Check the payment address you sent the coins to.
There should be only you who has sent into that address. If there are two transactions
into the same payment address, the system has errorneously assigned the same payment
address to two cusomers. You need to have Chris fixed that manually.

I have exactly this problem ! My order is stuck on "on-hold" since 15h and there are 2 others payments than mine on payment address
I send a mail to contact@ltcgear.com and to chris@ltcgear.com this morning. No response. I hope my order will be fixed as soon is possible...
