I have just looked, and it is because you have failed your pin entry three times.

I signed up and started mining... mined quite a bit, but I just checked and it still shows them all as unconfirmed. I even waited an hour just to see.
And I did set up my payment address correctly, and my payout threshold is set to a 500 (the lowest), and my balance is in the tens of thousands (all as unconfirmed).
I switched pools until this is fixed.
Not even 3 minutes after I posted this, did I get my first payout... I am going to wait to see why it is taking so long before I jump back into that pool.
(edit was to remove picture as it is annoying when you scroll to see such large pictures in a quote).
There is nothing to fix. Block confirms are 120, the same as the pool that the other operator linked too.
It will take more than an hour on some cases - check the block page.
Could I have your username on my pool please? (PM if you don't want to post here).

Choose which pool is best for you. My pool features 1% fee, PROP payment. Just make sure you check other pool 'features' and compare.
