http://www.centralbank.org.bb/news/article/8827/should-cryptocurrencies-be-included-in-the-portfolio-of-international-reserves

can anyone explain to me what this means to us average and noob bitcoiner ?
and what the chances that a nation will include bitcoin as portofolio in their reserves ?

well it seems the chances just got better!
and i think this could this spur other countries into looking into the same question.

AUS Price

Bitcoin:
$401.17
Litecoin:
$4.42

1 Australian Dollar equals
0.73 US Dollar

yeah it's great how Aussies didn't get hurt as much because of declining prices because the Aussie dollar has been constant decline against USD

yep i know the feeling - you will also feel like "i knew it would increase and so why didn't i buy more when i had so much opportunity to do so"

instead i wasted money on x

and missed out on profit y

which i could have bought z with

the feeling only gets stronger as the value of z goes up as BTC increases

some people say that you should only put a small % of your net worth into BTC because of the high risk but i believe there will many people around which are early adopters but won't get to capitlise on being an early adopted as much as they could have if they were just willing to risk just a little more..

whats a BoA? if a government will create such then it won't be decentralized. you sure you want that?

zero is not possible as long as there is the demand and merchants accepting BTC, I doubt any of btc holders here will allow that  to happen.
We have invested a lot for btc not to mention the time we have here, it would be a waste.

I dont understand. Why it should be decentralized? US dollar better than RMB.  Bitcoin is good for you even if no problems with USA? Let us imagine. Year is 1960. Still bitcoin is $260?  I don't think so.

Everyone likes bitcoin because of problems with USA. Correct?

I dont understand that.

Bank of America = USA

but hopefully because of the 21mil cap over the longer term people will see BTC grow in value and their BOA coins lose value (as fiat currencies do because of the constant creation of new currency)

Also by being decentralized it's harder for the government to control/confiscate your money!

I like this project but one thing I really don't like is the design of the cards. I'm not talking about the illustrations, those are great but the frames and design on the cards is so bad that it's not even appealing, they are not sexy like we would like and as we've been seen for example on the blizzards - HeartStone game (example showned above).

Is there any plans on working on this? Thanks.

Hello,

thank you for your feedback.

The design is always the matter of taste. Maybe the cards design is a bit simple, on the other hands it highlights the illustration. We have been working since a while with several illustrators and we appreciate their work, as well as most of our fans do. Thus the illustration is the main design element of each card.

If you have any graphic skills and any idea how to improve or change SoG cards design, we will be happy to see some of your work!

Thanks

My opinion is not an isolated one, almost everyone comments that about the cards. The illustrations are very good and interesting but the overall feel of the playing card could be a lot better.

About my contribution, I'm a graphic designer for more than 10 years and I've been doing some works in the crypto eco-system. Send me a PM and we'll change contacts to speak a little bit more Wink

Cheers

This is only my opinion, but the card above looks more like a badge you'd get for passing a certain level rather than a trading card. It looks too digitally made.

I think SoG is inspired by Magic The Gathering a more classical Trading Card Game, the biggest of them all.

Below is how the cards look like on MTG. I don't dislike the current SoG cards. But then that's me. Smiley

However if the frame to the illustrations could be made look better, is always welcome.

The current blockchain-based cards are for Moonga, they will work in SoG too, maybe worth updating the frames once they are available to be played in SoG.

i agree that the magic and hearthstone cards look better, presentation is important, it looks somehow umpofessional to me compared to the other but this is just some more feedback

Good work man,thanks !
Now wait what Cinni says.
I know he wants to cooperate but his reactions are not very quick sometimes.
If more people like this idea't just post that then it convienced Cinni to make the next steps.

Yes, I like . It is better to have some development.

i like any development better than none, sound like a competition would attract people which is what we need - i'd still like to hear more from cinnicoin on if he is still working on anything for the coin?
i believe cinncoin contacted exchanges to get stakecoin added but didn't get a response - i think we need to work harder on getting more exchanges - i still believe cinnicoin has a chance with the exchanges that still have cinnicoin listed

it would be better if cinnicoin was replaced with stakecoin as stakecoin is way better and what we changed too
that doesn't have to be a coinswap but i think the exchanges would delist cinni and add stakecoin if cinnicoin asked them?

The community was not complete agreed with the coinswap from CINNICOIN and refused to take part of that.
Maybe that is a problem for succes, we have to compensate the remaining CINNICOIN first.
I the Block Chain of CinniCoin still alive or is trading @crispy just in a dead coin?

http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/cinni/

we dont have to compensate remaining cinnicoin first - there was plenty of opportunity for cinnicoin holders to convert to stakecoin as cinnicoin told them too
there was also plenty of time for cinnicoin holders who didn't convert to sell there cinni (and they still can)
the problem is though people can sill buy cinni where its still on exchanges - but the coin is not supported anymore, that's why i think it would be better for everyone if cinni was replaced with stakecoin on exchanges but it seems cinnicoin doesnt want this or i think he tried?
