Что бы Баккт как-то повлиял, нужны инвесторы желающие купить крипту. Сейчас они мотивируют перенос запуска слишком большим количеством желающих, но нужно понимать, что это может быть просто манипуляция. Быть может как раз их отсутствие и обусловило перенос... Ну а если так, то институционалов можно будет ждать годами
Я думаю, что в декабре не будет точно, т.к. слишком много людей этого ожидают. В прошлом году все случилось неожиданно, практически за месяц. Сейчас же, большинство людей, закупившихся по 20к или около того, ждут повторения прошлого года, поэтому, вполне логично, что это пока не произойдет.
