Can you please post the whatsapp # here? I have a balance I need to transfer. By the way I see my balance reduce almost in half from 8600 to 4600. Can you explain that? And Total Paid is 4572.93354870 . I am lost

pm few days ago, still no reply, whatsapp does not work.
hashrate is always lower by 20-30%, even after mining for few days in row, tested with all combo, low hash, high hash, with and without extranonce, eu, usa or asia server (zpool or nicehash look attractive now)

You probably get disconnect for the pool, that why.
i think, thats cause from the server. i have 4 server online, but database are on spesific server with single proc. i will be move on dual proc soon, but there will be migrate from single to dual proc, i see will be have more than 4hours to upgrade all code like build the new stratum notify that connected on the new database for every coin on blocknotify. will be cause on user complaint about downtime. sorry for inconvenience

Is it possible to get a longer viewable history then 24 hours without needing to actually go to the block chain. I just had my wallet cache crash and could not see my history. It would not back up from block chain so I had to search the blockchain with my address instead of the hash since it was off the pools site already. For what ever reason the explore was bringing up transactions with my address that it was not even a part of so I had to go through a lot of payouts to check the history. Anyways, it would be cool to have a slightly longer payout history.

in grants pool must use "/" but for example in miningrigrentals will not works so there #xnsub without /
yes, there have 2 option on working extranonce subscribe, if "/" doesn't work you can delete that and put without that

Hi Guys, Just want to ask if you guys can connect to the pool, I just got the d3s, and both of them not connecting to Granatgas, but it can connect to any other pool..
I have tried:

I know this issue is not a problem of the pool but I thought you can help me. Otherwise I can delete this message when.
The problem is witch one hashboard, there is no temperatue and only 3asics are present sometimes as "x" sometime as "o". A week ago all of them were there. But the fan does not work so I got new one plugged everything in and see that. Meaby you have an Idea.

You need to contact bitmain with that information and open a repair ticket.
I can't resolve it by myself?
maybe there have error on the system hardware or something, try to open ticket on bitmain first
first that your fan, second that stats error. :3

all will be cause on some people on some owner of pool. So for all issue about loses, you can move to other pool that have compensated on it like zpool or other pool that make responsibility on that. so miner that have choice to find honestly pool or owner that make this safe on their money and get in owner personal loses
