Firstly, you should do a lot of detailed researches about the coins, if you want to make some fast money by daily trading. In my opinion, to improve your skills, the best way is trying to understand that if a project is really promising or not.

I have lost maybe more than %50 of my capital with the this unending bearish period. I am watching the prices everyday, and don't do something. I think the only way for now is being more patient.
I think there is a good competition between this two. Although I think ethereum should try to rise more and more to catch the price and popularity of the bitcoin, I think both can carry the crypto world to higher levels.

Even if you missed your chance to participate in an interesting ICO, you can still invest once the coin hits exchanges. Most important, you just need to stay vigilant when looking for what cryptocurrency to invest in. New investment opportunities occur every day when you are actively looking for them. Join reddits, follow crypto traders on Twitter, Facebook, Telegram constantly research new projects in essence, engulf yourself in the blockchain space. You never know what gems you will stumble upon.

I also think that intensive researches about the coins are very important. As you said, I am always trying to do my best, and I think that this bearish run have showed us that, waiting for the better prices to make buying can take a very long time.

I hold my altcoins, because I have great dreams. Generally, the fast money is a very great motivation source for me, but if we are talking about the cryptocurrencies, I can clearly say that good dreams are the greatest motivations for me.

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

In my opinion, holdin is the most reasonable choice in this bear season.
And if you have a capital for investing in, I think you shouldn't make your investment without following the prices and speculations.
I feel keeping our coins in exchanges, mininize the risk of loosing our coins to wallet hackers.
I think both exchanges and online wallets have risks. But I think exchanges are a little bit better than the wallets. Apart from these, I think hardware wallets are the best choices.

In my opinion, starting with ethereum and finishing with bitcoin can be very good in the world of crypto. I think bitcoin is still the most powerful coin, and I don't think that this can be change in the near future.
For example, you have some altcoin (in my case it's Metaverse ETP) and you expect it to grow. But in a weak market, this altcoin behaves like bull and you have the opportunity now to sell it and buy an asset that looks weak in the market (for example Qash, Tierion, Nem, Odyssey or Republic Protocol) in order to get the greatest possible profit. Or leave a strong asset and wait for its further growth. What do you think about this?
If I have a good capital, I try to buy at least three different altcoins. But if I have some good coins like bitcoin and ethereum, I try to wait untill a bull season, because this two are very reliable according to me.
For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. 
I used to check CoinMarketCap website very frequently, but after I met blockfolio, I started to look blockfolio, instead of coinmarketcap. But of course, it is always good to check it for me, because I can see the prices clearly with this way.

I have not reached my goals yet in the world of cryptocurrency. But I am working hard to reach my goals in the future. Firstly, I am always trying to be more relax, because of the last prices. I think crypto is giving great chances to traders on the markets every moment.

I think the situation of the crypto can be same again after of a few years. Because I think fluctuate prices are giving great opportunities to new traders every day, and I think its volatile characteristics unlikely to change.
Honestly i still feel its a bull trap and bitcoin will reach down below 5800$, before real bull market begins...How many of you guys agree with this ?
For me, it is very hard to answer that. According to me, these times are good for buying, but of course there is nothing certain about the near future of the coins. I think the bull season can start with the starting of the 2019.
