That is too cool. How hard would it be to add, say, 1% or whatever amount to what's shown? I sell bitcoins through various non-traditional methods and charge a small markup for my serviced.

As for me, I am going to hire a finance/investment lawyer in order to make some investments in the future. Do you guys use the help of lawyers or law firms for such a purpose?

Yeah, we're to the hilt with law help. We basically just cash out our meager revenue and send it straight to them. I consider compliance (especially since we operate in the States) the biggest investment we can make.

I think the main, unrealized power of bitcoin is the instantaneous transfers and incredibly low transfer fees. This is what makes it a true global currency.

Sure beats an ACH transfer. Or even a wire transfer ($30!).

The guys at Localbitcoins.com seem to do pretty well for themselves. Although, you have to have a pretty decent capital base for that to work out.

localbitcoins.com is the only surefire way of making 3-6%+ everyday. Unless you come up with a service of your own.

Don't worry, I gave all my USD to a major financial institution that may as well have no physical address and that is just as likely as or more likely than your bitcoins to be underground in 20-30 years, just when I need the money. Just like your bitcoins.

I would, but I'm not sure about how to ensure it would be tax deductible.

Re: 49 days till the halving, time is flying now

I think this time price and demand expectation are already priced in to the market rate. I agree with a few sentiments above: sideways.

Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick?
by
grapevinebitcoin

I am prefer gold cause nowdays it's really better and perspective than bitcoins, bitcoins can drop at anytime that will not happen with gold. So gold is my choise.

If you take halving into consideration then you need to invest in bitcoin at this stage as the price of bitcoin will be much higher in coming months.

I'd take the other side of that bet.

Thats right hold it while you can, only 49 days left before the halving to take its place..start collecting and hold your bitcoins from now on.

Yeah we need to hold it till halving as we are expecting some higher price from halving and we need to sell when we see  higher prices.

Don't you all think any raised prices due to halving are already priced into the market price?

I immediately convert to USD to avoid volatility. My BTC services are purely about the service I offer and I don't wish to add speculation to that mix. I may speculate someday.

I prefer to exchange btc to cash as soon as I get it in order to reduce volatility.
