Sadly this is true. Tricky as devs went full steam on this for many months and now its at a standstill.

Nano has one of the strongest tech leader in crypto. Great team, look at the progress they've made. It is still the largest and most stable DAG project for most users (considering peculiar properties of IOTA).
If we talk about capitalization - they continued to work on the project even when the price increased hundreds of times in January, they continued to write code and improve the technology. A lot of projects just got money and lost interest when the price started to fall.
