the market needs ICO regulation. Now there are so many scammers that it’s harder to recognize an honest project. even after rigorous analysis, you cannot be 100% sure that this project is not fraudsters

I think that kyc is the right decision. for now there are a lot of scammers with their bots who, with their number, drag the whole pool to themselves. scammers are afraid of kyc, and therefore hunters will get more profit

вы правы, тут за убийство порой меньше дают. конечно таких людей надо наказывать , а тюрьма и какие там условия и так наказание хуже некуда особенно для парня в 19 лет. да у парня какая то часть мозга отключилась когда он решил грабить людей, но в тюрьме думаю все быстро включится и все поймет. ну или станет умнее и не будет попадаться)  в таких случаях решение о наказании должно быть взвешанным и адекватным. да он ограбил людей на большую сумму, но посмотреть создателей хайпов которые постоянно кидают людей на еще большие суммы и живут себе  не тужат, каждый раз создавая новую пирамиду.

да сериал очень крутой, но таких крутых хватает. те же Игра престолов. Так же сериал Стартап смотрится на одном дыхании
