Communitycoin shows a unique way of bringing a coin to the crypto community. It's a fair beginning, following by a PoS algo. And potential huge market is expected by the strong community. I'm glad to find this nice coin before its dirstribution ending. I want to one member of the community. I will do my effort to promote the coin.

Things are progressing well with merchants (big and small) with additional merchants expressing interest and signing up for our services.
That partnership is still in place, we are also working with another PSP that will open the platform to many more countries.

Well actually, this is highly relevant to this thread seeing (at least according to the reddit post) this new service is partnering with ZipZap. I guess this is the final evidence that NeoBee will not be doing that, as previously thought (if this already has been disproved earlier in the thread, I apologize).

virtualspade has informed the lawyer that some of us will be submitting our information late, so you should be fine. I know this because I was in the same situation yesterday and panicked a bit. Luckily, however, I was given the above information through a dialog with virtualspade.
Send him a PM saying you want to join the complaint, and he'll send you the instructions on how to submit your information to the lawyer.

If Ken is still doing the btc conversion we will be not short in funds either. $120+ on Gox, that's just really good for us and means taking his time with this process has meant ACtM might have an extra 20-40k (guesstimate) than expected.
Volume is also up close to 10fold (lots of buyers), so I would say the last batch should have easily been done today and payment will be made to eASIC IMMANENTLY.

He's not using Mt. Gox (which is a wise decision), so the conversion rate on there is of little relevance. If I remember correctly he mentioned Tradehill once, so I'm guessing this is (one of) the exchange(s) being used. Anyway, the conversion rate on most other exchanges is in the range 100-105 USD, so the current price bump on Mt. Gox doesn't really matter much.
Anyway, I have faith that the NRE payment is well under way, and that we have some exciting news coming up very soon!

Seriously, if you buy a million shares because of some claims done by a random person on a forum (not directly affiliated with ACTM at all), you display such poor judgement that you deserve to lose money.
